“Nice apartment, Quiet and only 150 yards from all ameneties”

The apartment is on 3rd floor in a recessed courtyard off Malaya Zhitomirskaya which leads to Independence square. There is no lift - so, if you don't like climbing this apartment is not for you. Like most Kiev apartments the exterior belies the interior. The photos on their website are an accurate representation - (Apartment ID# 2022). High ceilings, modern decor, good quality heating. Sat-Tv, Internet. Shower/bath. Kitchenette with hotplates, microwave, fridge, kettle, welcoming Tea+coffee. Loads of cupboard space. 3 doors away in the main street is a pub/club and loads of 24hour coffee/snack places. Up the hill (60 yards) is Sofiyska Square and St Sophia's cathedral. Also a small, reasonably priced supermarket - next to imperial hotel - for provisions. The staff of KievRent speak excellent English and were very helpful. Their office is located almost directly opposite the apartment courtyard. To my mind the price is about 10 euros per night more than it should be... but, the central and convenient location compensates. Have used this apartment twice. Would recommend for romantic weekends. Note their prices shoot up during Russia/Ukraine holidays.

“Loved it”

Location is very convenient to all shoping. Staff is very pleasant and helpfull. I wish the kitchen was bigger and with oven. Sometimes did not have hot water and there was no warning about it. Otherwise it is comfortable place to stay, every thing is in walkig distance. I can't wait to go back!

“Serviced Apartments in Kiev”

Stayed in 2 apartments in Kiev during a business trip. The 1st apartment was very very nice - great central location and well kitted out inside. A negative aspect was that even with the the help of technical support I could get the TV to work properly. The only other things that I would have liked is to have had some basic food stuffs already stocked (milk, sugar, coffee, mineral water etc) and a guide to Kiev bars, restaurants etc provided. The service from the central administrative office was good and very friendly. A very good alternative to the expensive Kiev hotels.

“SCHRECKLICH”

Auf keinen Fall buchen!!! DER ABSOLUTE HORROR!!!! Wir sind in Kiev mit zwei kleinen Kindern spät am Abend angekommen und wollten eigentlich nur etwas essen und uns ausruhen. An der "Reception" angekommen (kann man nicht so nennen) wurde uns gesagt dass das Appartment ohne Strom sei und wir entweder ohne Strom auskommen müssen oder in ein Anderes ausweichen müssen. Wir sind natürlich auf ein Anderes ausgewichen. Es sollte sogar vom Standart noch besser sein. In kamen in einer ganz schlimmen Gegend an. Direkt vor der Eingangstüre setzte sich ein Junkie die Spritze und ein Anderer hing bis zum hals im Müllcontainer. Und dort musste ich mit unserem Baby und unserem kleinen Sohn vorbei. EINFACH GRAUENHAFT einem so etwas anzubieten!! Der Hausflur war ebenso schrecklich. Das Appartment war notdürftig gereinigt (NICHT AKZEPTABEL)!!! Wir haben das Appartment sofort gecancelt und haben uns ein anderes Hotel besorgt. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Riviera Boutique Hotel in Kiev!!! Kostet zwar einen Tick mehr, aber Sie haben wirklich Spass im Urlaub und können unbeschwert, auch mit Kindern, im Dunkeln rausgehen. ALSO BLOß DIE FINGER WEG VON KIEVRENT APPARTMENTS!!!

“Het KievRent-appartement aan Vladimirskaya”

Het appartement waarin ik verbleef lag aan een mooi plein, vlakbij de Sofia-kathedraal en het Sint-Michael-klooster, en op wandelafstand van metro en de belangrijkste winkelstraten. Een perfecte locatie in deze stad, en toch vrij rustig. Het appartement was erg netjes en comfortabel. De keuken-uitrusting volstaat voor ontbijt en een snelle hap, maar voor echt koken is ze te beperkt. Het luchthavenvervoer georganiseerd door KievRent was stipt, vlot en betrouwbaar. Ik ben een tevreden klant !

“Equipement pauvre”

Quel domage que l'équipement de cet apartement soit aussi ridicule, la poele a frire est minuscule et le teflon est completement détruit, les couteaux ne coupent pas, pas d'egoutoir a salade, ni pour les pates. Sinon, tres bien placé et silencieux.

Questo hotel apartment si trova nel centro di Kiev, a pochi passi dalla via principale. E' un complesso di appartamenti, ciascuno dei quali ha ingresso e posizione separata. Le camere sono pulite, moderne, confortevoli, mentre le scale per accedere alle camere sono un pò vecchie e danno un'idea sbagliata di quello che poi è realmente l'appartamento. L'appartamento è veramente da consigliare, sopratutto se volete passare delle notti tranquille e senza vincoli di orari.
