“Very Good for Business Travelers”

Better level of service than any other hotel in Ukraine. They cater to the business traveler. Would highly reccomend.

“Best hotel experience in Kiev”

Hyatt is the best hotel in Kiev and matches 5 star experience anywhere else I have stayed ; and is in a great central location! I have stayed in one of the new boutique hotels when I have visited Kiev before but the Hyatt is much better.Very modern hotel with excellent facilities ,and my room was as exactly I would expect. Staff I encountered all spoke good English and were very helpful. Restaurant serves good, albeit expensive, breakfast but I did not try it for dinner.Also worth noting they have agreed taxi fare to airport which was competitive with the fare I had paid when arriving. Definitely stay here again on future visits.
