We stayed at this property for 2 nights. Hotel is right on main road with easy access. Property itself is little outdated, but it’s well maintained. Room size was big which made it easy to put extra mattress. Food options were limited but taste was good. Overall I am satisfied with the price and services.

This hotel is good value for money. It is about 1 km. to Khajuraho but there are sidewalks. I’m a walker and did close to 20k steps every day I was here. When I came back this afternoon, I headed right to the pool. Ahhhh! I only had breakfast while I was here and it covered the basics. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would stay here again as it’s definitely one of the better options around town.

An all round wonderful experience
We thouroughly loved our stay at the Ramada Khajuraho. From the wonderful reception to the delicious food and excellent staff in the Dining Room, it was fantastic. For the price point this was an fantastic end to our Trip around the world.

The hotel is very well decorated. Staff is very courteous. Facilities are excellent for short periods of stay. Mattress is not hard and shall be replaced. Overall the hotel is very good.

I booked this without breakfast and when I checked out did not examine by bill carefully but afterward noticed a charge for Continental Plan 29. The total of the various taxes and the incorrect meal made my overall bill almost 50% more than the price quoted by Expedia. I can't tell if I prepaid and was charged again at the hotel either. Not a great experience from Expedia or the Hotel

Very comfortable!
Ramada is very comfortable, located about 20 minutes walk or 5 min rickshaw from the Khajuraho ruins. We arrived early morning train, the friendly Seema at the front let us check in 4 hrs early. Breakfast is excellent, restaurant is as well, but overpriced. Swimming is nice after a hot day of touring. The wifi did not work in our room, though. Other than that, its a great stay.

Hotel location is very good and rooms are big and comfortable. I stayed in the suite and possibly due to off season, there weren't many guest and may be due to same central AC wasn't working. As with a single split AC provided, it took lot of time to cool. Breakfast wasn't upto expectation.

Hotel is good with well maintained amenities. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Room was clean and well maintained although condensation below ac duct was a slight issue. Food choices are limited but the quality and taste is good.

It was a beautiful hotel in the village.Very greenish outside and the hotel has his indian decor and furniture but a little far away from the temple and market.If you want a quiet place to relax it is the place but if you want market and temple right there within walking distance this is not a place for you. It is a 4 star hotel but the location was far from attrations

Disappointing and over rated
We stayed 3 nights at the hotel. Lobby is large and airy. The staff also helpful and polite. The bedroom decoration was tired and past its best as did the ensuite. There is no free wifi and you have to pay. You can buy it as 30mins. 3 hours or 24 hours. The wifi speed is slow ie 24 mbps. The restaurant in the hotel, food is good but expensive as is hiring a car from the hotel. You can take a tuk tuk from the entrance gate or do a deal with one of the travel agent companies. We used om shanti tours for all our excursions which were fairly priced they had nice clean a.c car and drivers were helpful.

A disappointment
The only good thing was the price. Then plumbing and air conditioning didn't work and we had to change rooms. The food was average. The staff was very prompt in addressing a problem, but why should the problem have arisen in the first place?

The food spread for dinner and breakfast is very basic and was repeated over two days i stayed. After driving 400 km my car needed some cleaning, however the hotel staff refused for any such facility even on payment. Though the rooms were clean and comfortable but the overall ambiance was very old. A better place can be found there in the same price.

Solid 3 star hotel
Khajuraho gets quite cold during winter nights and the rooms do not have heating. You can ask for a portable heater but it took us 5 phone calls to the front desk and hotel management to get one. They kept offering us extra blankets instead. Internet is not free and charged per device (work on only 1 device). The rates are pretty high. Breakfast is free and westernized (Choice of toast/jam/cereal/... and bland Indian food) and the service was very good. We stayed two separate nights. The first night, the room was clean but the second, the bathroom was dirty. Fly to/from Khajuraho in winter. We experienced a ridiculous 15 hour delay with the train due to fog and ended up flying out the next day. Overall, very good hotel for a short stay.

Great Hotel
The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The Manager was very helpful. The front desk didn't have my reservation so they had to call the manager who was able to find it eventually. After that it was smooth sailing. Food and drinks were good. Hotel needs some upgrades like some of the furniture was broken and some bathroom fittings were broken. Over all, great experience.

The Ramada Khajuraho was a good hotel... very nice public areas and a spacious room with a comfortable bed. Our room had some equipment issues and hadn't been totally cleaned, at least to our standards. But overall a good place to stay for a quick visit to the temple complexes at Khajuraho.

Close to airport and tourist sites
Overall, a very satisfying experience. We were four couples out to spend a relaxing week-end. Chef gave us excellent meals. The pool was cool (but for their staff wanting to clean it on both days while we were using it!). Since we were there in the beginning of the tourist season, we had the hotel mostly to ourselves. Would recommend it.

This was a lovely, well maintained hotel...very nice pool and great complimentary buffet breakfast... a 20 min walk to the temples or an easy rickshaw ride... this area is delightfully peaceful, especially after large cities like Delhi and Varanasi.

A very nice hotel in Khajuraho that reflects the style and culture of the city wonderfully. Great atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Everyone you meet with a warm smile. Great breakfast. Great food. Temples are a short drive away. Also the airport. An absolute recommendation.
