"Not a typical Motel!"
Although at first blush the establishment looks like a regular two story motel with outside corridors leading to the rooms a pleasant surprise awaits. First, the grounds are beautiful with a large pool, a cabana and manicured gardens with many iguanas roaming in search of flowers to eat. Second, the rooms are very large, at leaf twice the size of a regular motel room and very clean. Third, the morning breakfast is brilliant with hot and cold selections which would satisfy most persons. A ten minute car ride from downtown but a most desirable place to stay.

Popular tourist attractions include the Ernest Hemingway House on the southern end of the island, and Truman Annex in Old Town. Within the annex is Bahama Village, a home to many citizens of African-Bahamian descent, who settled Key West in the early 19th century.
