Situated right in the very heart of the town. Just a walk out and you'll be I'm the very midst of the street food stalls lining the street. I was very surprised to find such a gem hidden here. The hotel has a 20m driveway from the main street, which puts you just far enough out of range of the noise from the hustle and bustle of the night market, but still close enough to pop right out briefly for a snack with little effort. Hotel staff were very courteous. Bed was positively massive. Room was a tad on the under-illuminated side but overall tastefully decorated, clean and very comfortable. Only issue with the room was that the window was not well insulated against the wind, and because the wind gets a little strong in Kenting, you get that annoying whistling sound coming through the windows. For the drivers, complimentary parking is provided, but the parking lot is off-site (around 200-300m walk away).
My overall experience was great! The hotel is in a great spot (linked to the beach), there's so much fun activities to do (especially great for kids, waterpark, an arcade, bowling, bumper cars too!)and my room was also really nice (but I had an oceanview on the third floor, third floor has higher cielings which makes it feel more spacious). But there are some rooms that look not so great to me. I think its the older part of the hotel. It looks older, dirtier, rustier. But otherwise, its a great hotel!
I took my family there for a 3 days and 2 night vacation from US. This hotel and resort service is ok. My $12,000/day NT package ($400 US) included breakfast and dinner. it was a great vacation for us to stay here. My suggestion is the breakfast should have plain cooked oatmeal that does not mix with milk. the way they cook the oatmeal is just mix with warm water and milk that was too rough to eat. This hotel rating is 5 stars in Taiwan they should do better than this. I have talked to service people every morning to make it right. Thanks.
Only stayed one night as part of our wind whirl self drive visit to Kenting but the whole stay was very enjoyable. We chose the hotel over the other was mainly for its location within the middle of Kenting National Park.

My son participated in the race and I booked an extra night through Expedia. The process is simple, quick and easy. The ambience was vibrant and fun during the event.
We stayed an extra night after the event and enjoyed the tranquility. We took a walk around the hotel which passed a small residential area near the rocky coast, bought a bag of local garlics, made friends with neighborhood dogs, etc.
The hotel is suitable for guests who love nature. Joggers and bikers would love the long and not busy roads.
It is a memorable stay and make us want to visit other parts of Taiwan.
If you like me cannot stomach traditional Chinese fare this place is an avoid. The food was tough going when even the breakfast buffet was much to be desired. The rooms are not bad, actually pretty good.
"Impeccable service, great for families, beautiful!"
We had a wonderful stay. The staff was impeccable. Always polite, and always went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Extremely kid friendly with lots of activities for the kids. The hotel is situated right on the beach - literally 20 feet away. They had "stations" to wash your feet off at every door. The pool was marvelous. We went when it was raining with high waves, so many water activities on the beach were cancelled. Breakfast and Dinner were included every day. Buffet style, both Western and Asian foods. Every day had a little different food. Still the hotel was so full of things to do we actually never left the hotel grounds during our 3 day stay. We did drive around after we checked out, and noticed that this hotel is really the only resort style hotel that is ON the beach (not across the street from the beach). We will definitely be back again to visit.
