Mostly self service Hiltons not what it used to be

Posted 21-Apr-2015
Staff friendly but not highly trained, I haven't stayed at a Hilton for many years and they are not what they used to be. Mostly self service. Nice swimming pool though.

Great family stop over

Posted 11-Apr-2015
As a family of four (two young teenagers) we stayed for two nights for a short break in Kent. We went to Dickens World, Dover Castle and Chatham Dockyard and had a great time. We had a family room with two double beds and we all agreed that the hotel was excellent. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the cleanliness and facilities of the hotel were outstanding. The big buffet style breakfast were excellent and set us up nicely for a day of hard holidaying. We will definitely come back and would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel to any families who want to enjoy the best of what this part of Kent has to offer.

Easy access from M20, very convenient

Posted 01-Apr-2015
Pros: Access, room, staff and food
Cons: Parking could be easier
Location: Just an overnight stay
This was an overnight business stay which worked very well for access and convenience. The staff were courteous and helpful, the room fine and food very good.

Excellent short stay

Posted 22-Mar-2015
Pros: Its convenience and its spacious bedrooms.
Location: This was more of a stopover for an event rather than to visit nearby attractions although Leeds Castle is close by.
Convenient location close to M20. The leisure facilities/pool were very nice and rooms were spacious and comfortable. Both the buffet dinner and the buffet breakfast had a good variety of foods that were fresh and appetising.

Total heruntergekommenes Hotel - niemals 4/5 Stern

Posted 11-Mar-2015

Recommended hotel

Posted 19-Feb-2015 on Hotels.com
Very satisfied. Nice quiet room, polite & friendly staff. My room was at the rear of the hotel, but the front rooms were facing a busy main road, so I guess there may have been the possibility for road noise. Will stay here again if in the area.
