quiet part of town

Pros: Spacious rooms
Cons: A lift would be good, I've no idea who would like to lug their cases up a long flight of stairs, especially seniors - no help offered/given.
Location: Pub close by with alternative menu
All good - staff great - room A 1 - overall experience well above average. Not impressed by the ''no lift'' - and not overjoyed at having to carry our own suitcases up a very long staircase after a tiring journey - how about an escalator or small lift for the cases ?? Not even any offer of help. Not good Hilton.

Pros: The size, cleanliness and helpful staff.
Cons: Bar lacked atmosphere. Lighting too bright and it would be nice to have had some background music.
Location: Close to Leeds Castle which is why we stayed there.
Lovely hotel Very clean in all areas. Good sized room and beds.

Okay for a stop over

Pros: Facilities; swimming pool and gym.
Cons: Rooms need to include air-conditioning and the hotel needs to bring the food and drink prices down.
A nice hotel. Slightly worn around the edges. Great sized family room, with comfy beds. Clean room with a good sized bathroom. Facilities (gym, swimming pool, etc...) all excellent. Terribly overpriced food and drink; walk 5 mins. up the road to the Chiltern Hundreds pub for a bite and drink, if needs be. Rooms need air-conditioning. Great for a stop over, as we were on our way to the Euro Tunnel, and comfortable, in the main. Outstanding facilities.

Pros: Lovely pool & spa, great that we didn't have to leave until 12 noon which gave us time in the morning to use the facilities.
Cons: I would suggest more staff behind the bar as only one man working on his own. Don't use this hotel if you want a good view from the window!
Location: Great pub up the road for a very cheap meal. Quite central.
Good location. Used room service which was on time & food very nice.

Pros: The staff were friendly, and facilities great.
Cons: Cleaning of the rooms
Location: Easy to get to the hotel but it's a bit to far out of town, as even driving it was abit of a trek.
The staff and facilities were brilliant, but the room needed to be dusted better. The bed nearest the window creacked as though it was ready to collapse at any moment, so didn't really sleep well. All said the experience was very good with room to improve. Thanks you mr c edwards

Two disappointing aspects of my stay at this Hotel were that there was no TV service available on the second night and the Disabled parking available seemed inadequate,resulting in circling the car park several times before having to park some distance away from the entrance.

We were out on the side with a busy A road. It was noisy all night. Breakfast was limited , otherwise staff were kind and helpful
