Nice and relaxing

The hotel is nice for a relaxing getaway. The only downside was the dinner which was not at all tasty and over priced. The hotel can do with a huge improvement in this area. Hire a chef!

Glam Dartford!

Pros: The Room
Cons: The food. Get a new chef. Staff that care.
Location: A reasonable overnight stay to pick up Eurostar in the early morning.
Vast hotel, comfy huge rooms, huge beds. Unspeakably terrible food.

Refurbishment

The hotel was ok but could do with a refurbishment in the bathroom cracked tiles on the floor food was good and the staff are really helpful

Don't ask for the Apple and Rhubarb Crumble !

we booked a room for a business trip - the room was Ok we had planned a cheque presentation for a childrens charity and asked if we could photograph the presentation at the front of the hotel where it was light - but permission was refused due to the Hotels Marketing department not being involved - so we photographed the presentation in the car park. The restaurant was Ok for dinner- however several of the dessert items were not available and I feel that a charge of £6 for 3 scoops of icecream without ANY garnish, no wafer, no sauces just slopped into a white bowl was extortionate beyond belief! not impressed!

Hotel room size and facilties were nice . The bed was really uncomfortable and made noises did not get a good night sleep

stay here every anniversary

We stay here every year for our anniversary, even though we live round the corner. I have to say the experience was not as pleasant as we normally get and the beds were very uncomfortable. We love the hotel but feel that things have slacked a little when it comes to the rooms.

Friday and Saturday nights.

Pros: Bright, cheery entrance hall. Large room and bathroom. M25 noise could not be heard. We had a nice view! Nice latte and pastries at breakfast area.
Cons: An issue was that the bed was really solid!! Also, the AC/heating droned all night.
Location: Bluewater is nearby. Good shopping and excellent restaurants. I would stay here again - best hotel in the area.
Lovely staff, pleasant stay. Jennifer and Nancy were really friendly as were the staff in the bar/breakfast area. The parking payment was a bit confusing. I didn't realise that I would pay a £4 flat day rate with a multiple entry card instead of the stated £24 a day at the car park entrance. This pleasing situation should be on your website. The fitness centre and pool looked great but we were, unfortunately, too busy to try them.

Out of town hotel ideal for business

Staying in this hotel for business. Typical edge of town corporate offer. Although the hotel is a little dated, the service was excellent and included breakfast of a very good standard.
