    “Overnight Stay”

    Very spacious room and well furnished.Had a Friday night / Saturday stop over and the self service breakfast was excellent !! Overall our stay was very enjoyable and can recomend to others. We had a taxi to Bluewater that cost 10 pounds, so not too bad. The only down side is that you get charged for parking in the hotel car park, even if you are staying over.(Although only a nominal fee, still Slighty dissapointing !)

    “Excellent value”

    This is the second time we have benefited from a very low rate for this class of hotel based on a four night stay. Bed and Breakfast for less than a Camponile!! The rooms are very roomy and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast, including full english could not be bettered.

    “Very enjoyable stay”

    The hotel room was very comfortable and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Several family members stayed in the hotel also and very much enjoyed their stay. Great breakfast and staff were very nice though not as attentive as some people might expect, though great for us as all catching up and in no rush. Also we did not pay full price as great deal through Expedia!

    “Lovely weekend”

    Faultless weekend, a pleasant experience form check in to check out. Staqff were brilliant and very helpful. Pool was lovely and the room was huge with good views over the bridge. Already booked to stay there again with other familt members.

    “Property Shopping”

    I can't fault the food although I felt the staff could have been a bit more attentive because it was very good one day at breakfast but the next day they were in short supply when you wanted to ask for something. I would still recommend you stay there as it was a comfortable hotel.

    This hotel was really good location excellent but the breakfast was not tasty and was cold. Bit of a let down but overall good

    “Good hotel -expensive broadband”

    Very friendly staff, clean and confortable with good food in the restaurant. Breakfast choice very good. Only downside was £14.99 for internet access - expensive!! Should be included in hotel cost nowadays.

    “not impressed but convenient to visit our relatives”

    our meal in the restaurant the first night was not good. sent it back and 2nd time was ok. shower/bath tap didn't work but it was mended next day. also a hidden charge in room service, not impressed. staff very obliging.
