“a great getaway”
Enjoyed a lovely quite and relaxing two day break. The lodge is so comfortable its like home from home and is so well equipped with all your creature comforts including washing machine dishwasher etc. Location is super its very tranquil, enjoyed the time with my son as this was a lovely gift for my birthday. Would recommend to all especially keen golfers.
“canterburys best hotel”
This is the second visit to this hotel. The lodge sleeps up to six adults and is excellent value for money. Its a ten minute drive into canterbury and set in lovely grounds. The lodge is modern and fully equiped to cater for all your cooking needs. The manor house is where the swimming pool and sauna are. The restuarant is a little on the expensive side but has a wonderful friedly bar.
“Would definitely go back.”
Perfect for relaxing. The lodge was very well equipped and although there were only two of us, it would have been ideal for two couples or a family of four. There are also plenty of places to visit in the area. On site food was a bit limited and the takeaway service, had we wanted to use it, was very limited and expensive for what it was, but there were two pubs serving decent food within a few minutes drive. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
“impressive and homelike”
Broome Park goes beyond hotel; it's a really nice home away from home. We stayed in a two bedroom detached lodge, out in the woods behind the golf course. It was quiet, roomy, well-stocked, and very clean. There were 3 large, flat-screen TV's - one in the living room, and one in each bedroom - with free cable. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, there were extra sheets and pillows. The only "negative" was that our king-size bed was a little firm, and there was no internet in the lodge.

Ruhig gelegen, neben dem alten Herrenhaus neu erstellte 'Lodges', die keine Wünsche übrig lassen (sauber, gepflegt, voll ausgestattet). Gut geeignet für einen Kurzurlaub (komplett eingerichtete Küche, 3 Flachbildfernseher, 2 Bäder, jedes Lodge mit eigenem Parkplatz).
