“Acceptable for a Q hotel but not 4 star.”
Certainly do intend staying there again. I like the proactive responses from management with the customer reviews. However most of the customer reviews both positive and negative have been fairly accurate recently. The AA have given bridgewood manor a 4 star rating...it certainly is not... I have stayed in hundreds of hotels. I will rate it 3.5 stars. The breakfast buffet was acceptable no more...there was the uk standard 3 star selection on offer this weekend... they could certainly do better cold cuts than salami yesterday! On a more positive note the tables were spaced well like another Q hotel we stayed in last year (which is vastly superior to the Hilton 3 star chain.) Compared to the Hampshire court Q hotel the pool and sports facilities were small and inferior but acceptable. The leisure centre has the name above the wrong door. The mens lockers were missing several locks and all had no wrist tags on the keys (needs addressing). The standard room was fine ..clean and quiet (although i was informed they get lots of wedding bookings so check in advance). The combined bath and shower had no mat. This is a safety issue that the management should address quickly. There was an ironing board in our room (presumably the management acted on other reviews) The staff were polite and helpful and the front desk dealt efficiently with the one complaint we had. (some idiots smoking in one or more of the rooms on our floor.)
“Look forward to staying at this hotel again”
The hotel is lovely and conveniently placed to explore the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was to a very good standard. Breakfast was excellent with an amazing choice, again staff were very helpful. The hotel offers room service meals at reasonable prices, very good if you arrive late and need a meal/snack. Did not try the spa facilities or pool but I would imagine they would be of a good standard the same as the hotel.
“Very comfortable experience.”
We found the hotel very comfortable and spacious, and had excellent attention from the staff. The dinner and breakfast were delicious, although we did seem to wait a long while for our dinner, despite our reservation (I think that they had a couple of coaches in for the night).
“A little tired - rooms in need of decoration”
Stay here frequenty as it is convenient for visiting friends and family. Staff are friendly but the rooms are now in need of a make over.

Nessuna critica da muovere, se non forse per la qualità del cibo al ristorante ma si sa che all'estero è difficile mangiare bene, e per il prezzo delle portate.
