“Complaint in Progress”

Do not stay at this hotel during 'wedding season', sadly we were treated as second class citizens throughout our stay as the wedding party took precedence over facilities, staffing numbers, service times. The bar areas (both indoor and outdoor) was closed off for this function. Sadly this hotel is not big enough to cater adequately for weddings and normal guests at the same time. Very disappointing.
