"tours from hotel"
The hotel has a great location with hotel pickup. The problem is the phone number listed on some internet vouchers did not show the correct phone number. We are from the USA and did not know phone numbers listed needed a 0 before the phone number. We were unable to contact the local provider Premium Tours to obtain the pick up time and were told the incorrect pick up time by the concierge so we missed our tour.

"Short break to London"
Visit with two 9 year old nieces. Hotel was located in a quiet cul de sac just a short walk from High St Kensington tube. Rooms were comfortable - giant beds! Very clean rooms. Reception area was lovely and smelled fresh and clean. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. My nieces were very impressed - we were on the 9th floor. They really enjoyed their time in London and it was great to have a comfy room to come back to after very busy days and not too far to walk to and from tube. Would stay here again.

"a great hotel in central London"
This is a great hotel in central London, the rooms are larger than normal for Europe, very short walk to the Gloucester Tube station. My only negative, is that the breakfast is very expensive, otherwise, I can't say enough about the staff and the hotel. I had a problem (not the hotels fault on my departure date, the car service I had arranged, managed to mess up my pick up time, and the concierge was great in helping to resolve the issue. I have stayed here several times over the years and that is why I keep coming back, the quality the staff & the service is outstanding.

"Great location."
Loved just walking across the street at night to get back to the hotel. It was also nice to be able to open the windows for fresh air.

"A great location, clean and friendly staff"
A friendly hotel in a great location. We stayed in a double room which was clean and nicely decorated. We had a shower room which again was very clean and decorated in a moden way. We walked to the Albert Hall (about 10 mins), walked around Kensington Gardens and Palace (lovely) and also walked to Harrods (although this was a hike)!

"Good Hotel for Visit to The Royal Albert Hall"
Found all the staff very obliging, cheerful and friendly. Refurbishment being carried out at present so restaurant is upstairs in the Bar. This is OK but not for a special night out! Convenient for a walk in Kensington Gardens and through to The Serpentine. Plenty of shopping and small restaurants in Kensington.

"Great service"
I had stayed in Earls Court before and knew the area was close to town and a very safe area. I found a deal for the Boulton's and decided to take it based on previous reviews. Upon arrival we were greeted by two lovely ladies who were very nice and answered all our questions. We are in the country for a few weeks and they happily gave us suggestions of things to do. As for the rooms, they're small but enough room for my friend and I to have our two separate areas. The bathroom was small but that wasn't a problem. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. We didn't eat there so I can't judge that. The best thing about the hotel is that even though I ended up leaving my glasses there, they mailed them to me and I had them within 3 days. Great service!

"Great Location, great hotel"
Great location - Right outside Gloucester Street underground station. Plenty of restaurants near by. Room was small, but this is apparently normal for a zone 1 London hotel. The room was very modern, clean & comfortable though. Hotel staff were really helpful & friendly. Allowed me to keep my bags with them for no extra charge when I went across to Paris for 4 days

Small but very nice room. Show was gorgeous but tiny and I am not a big guy.
