Admittedly this was my first time in Boston, so I have no other local hotels to compare against, but I can say it was hands down one of, if not THE best hotel I've stayed in over the course of my travels. The staff were all incredibly helpful and courteous. The hotel itself was beautiful and modern with very spacious rooms. I can easily say Hotel Commonwealth will be my go to hotel for any future visits to Boston.

Visited Boston for the 4th of July and stayed here because it was close to Fenway. The location is ideal, with Fenway, about 2 blocks away and restaurants of all types within a short distance. The hotel is nice and comfortable, although the furniture (one pull out couch) left something to be desired. It was not very comfortable seating for a "residence" style hotel. Nevertheless, we would definitely stay here again if visiting Fenway.

Our stay here was all around wonderful. By far THE COOLEST hotel I have ever stayed at. Friendly staff, a fresh, delicious breakfast & a cool, hip vibe ... right near Fenway. Will definitely be staying here during any return trips to Boston. Only 1 drawback ... noisy central AC. Hey ... at least it worked ;-)
