Arrived around 10-10:30pm, rang the doorbell at the office to check in. When the person came out, she looked very angry that I rang the bell. 😧 After a few minutes, (and some effort on my part) they were in a better mood. I booked a jacuzzi room. It took a really long time to fill the tub, ( that was smaller then I thought it would be) it finally got full, and I turned on the jets (which took some work to make them function) and a bunch of nasty black stuff came out of all the jets. When I say a bunch, I mean it was so much that I could not believe what I was seeing. Needless to say, the only solution was to drain it, clean out the tub, and try again. The jets would not turn off, so I could not drain it until they would.....fortunately I am a bit crafty, and was able to turn off the jets. I was not going to bother the office again, so I had to figure it out. By the time I finally drained the thing, I was over it. I checked out, after I explained to the office that the jacuzzi needed some serious servicing/cleaning, they offered me a different room. I declined the offer. So they told me that they would refund me for the room. I was glad that they were quick to make it right with me, and I am confident that they will address the issue right away. I’m still waiting for the refund to return on my card, as long as it does, I feel it was handled properly. As far as the rest of the room goes, it’s an older motel, (so we all know not to expect anything amazing) it was adequate.
