Everything was great, pricepoint was excellent.....the front desk ladies were helpful, room was clean, bed was comfortable, all good.

My Family attended the Highland Games adjacent to the hotel. The location was prime and the price was acceptable. The ammenities were good but could have been better. overall an acceptable experience.

If your looking for friendly this is not the place. It appears the hotel doesn't need business because customer service is not in the vocab of the desk people. I was treated rudely on two separate occasions once while complaining about my filthy bathroom and coffee maker, and the second when I came down and picked up the pillows I asked for. I actually took pictures to show the desk person how filthy my bathroom was. and she said "what do you want me to do about it? I wasn't there!" I then said "Oh, I thought I was doing the right thing by showing you how lazy the maid was. Not only was the toilet and tub filthy and the floor not swept or mopped when I checked in, but... I ordered maid service for the second day of my stay, and the second maid, (different from the previous day as they leave cards telling who serviced your room that day) also did not clean the bathroom, sweep clean toilet, etc. all she did was leave towels and make the beds. left all the garbage and did not clean or leave new coffee..... Not at all impressed and I have stayed at this hotel on at least 4 other occasions and have never been so disgusted with the lack of cleanliness. the maids get in and out in a hurry and collect their pay and thats just fine with the staff. So I wont be staying there again...

It was easy on /off the freeway and it had a decent self serve breakfest in the morning. The indoor pool was good for all season swimming.

We were very pleased with this motel. easy to find, friendly staff and the beds were very comfortable. We stayed at several other hotel/motels on our trip and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was by far the best place we had reservations for and would reccommend it to anyone traveling through Kelso.

“Never again.”

This place was nasty. Our non-smoking rooms were on a smoking floor with smoking rooms right next door. I didn't know they still had smoking hotels. Our room was not very clean and the type of people at the motel made my children nervous and uncomfortable . I think the trailer park must have been empty that day. The motel was hard to find - access only through the parking lot of the McDonnalds.
