On the surface, very high end and upscale, everything reflected cost. In the room, not so much, small TV, movies streamed grainy, coffee awful, many maintenance upkeep issues, loose robe hooks and to holder, cabinet lighting hanging down, huge shower, tiny shower head, had to stand right up against the shower bar to be under the water. Overall, not impressed.
Stayed in a Deluxe King Suite Room, the room was nice, well layer out and very comfortable. The location is was good.
Our room was not very clean when we first arrived, the second day staff on two nights of our stay staff didn't even show up to make up the room or exchange towels.
Probably will opt to stay at a different hotel next visit just because of the cleanliness issue.
Stayed at The Royal Anne, as I was writing a nursing exam downtown. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was good, although could use some bacon and more bagels. If you are looking for a hotel that is close to downtown life, look no further! Close to coffee shops, shopping, and night life. Definitely would stay here again.
My girlfriend, myself and two friends stayed one night at The Royal Private Residence Club. We had a suite with three bedrooms, although we had only booked for two bedrooms. The view on the lake is great and the suite is spacious. Almost all kitchen-related items are provided, and the oven, the stove, the microwave and the dishwasher are all top quality and functionning very well. Bathrooms are squeaky clean, which is an important criteria to us. We enjoyed an afternoon at the rooftop pool that is very quiet. There are locker rooms with showers and towels, so you don't need to bring everything up from your room. There is also a nice gym by the pool. I think it is an expensive stay, but it is hard to imagine how better it could be, especially when you want to be in the same suite as your friends or with your whole family.

I was here for an exam so I didn't do much exploring but the facilities are incredible. This would be a great place to stay if you wanted to chill out in Kelowna. The indoor pool and hottub was nice (shower in your room though, I couldn't get the water warm) and the courtyard was a great place to spend an evening.

I was very impressed by the front desk staff , the gentle men who checked me in was very nice and accommodating. I would stay there again for sure. I wouldn't even bother booking any where else since my stay was that good and the little restaurant was very good to us too.
Situated along the shores of Okanagan Lake, Kelowna is the largest city in the Okanagan Valley and one of the fastest growing in North America. Popular activities include boating in the summer; and, in winter, skiing at Big White and Silver Star ski resorts. The city has a world-wide reputation for fine wine and Westbank, directly across the lake, has some of the largest wineries in the region.
