"I know that most of the hotels in Rotorua are old, so considering this, Novotel is located very well. It's an old hotel, but the rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was fine. It depends on the person, but the mattresses and pillows in the room were too soft for me, who prefer a firm mattress."

"We had a great stay here! They have everything you need for a good stay. We stayed for 3 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. We made breakfast each morning, so we only really had a snack and then dinner out. They supply coffee, tea, sugar, milk and S&P which was perfect! "
