“Overrated”

Valet left the scene when it came time to help wth luggage. Three lamps in living room-one worked. Mattress was so soft it killed all three of our backs. Great location to the Plaza,but have stayed in Microtels that were the nicer.

Area recommendations

Plaza is fabulous anytime,but particularly at Christmas.

“Great place! Only problem is that it's located in Kansas city.”

Everything was perfect!! The elevator always stopped on the lobby floor coming up from the parking garage, which was annoying. Besides that, I really enjoyed my stay.

Area recommendations

The Plaza is a must stop. But the Sheraton - Plaza is the best spot for enjoying all of Kansas City.

You can easily drive to any part of the city or simply walk to Shops, Restaurants, Entertainment.

“Other than dirty toilet, we would recommend”

The toilet was dirty, call the front desk twice for cleaning.....was never done. Had a nasty ring.

“The heater could have been better”

Our room was lovely, and very comfortable. The thermostat was set on 70 when we arrive, and moving it up a couple of degrees turned it on for a couple of minutes but did not really warm the room. We tried this four or five times with no affect on the room temp. It was not horribly uncomfortable but we would have liked it a little warmer.

“Very nice hotel and area”

I have stayed in several hotels in KC in the last year and like the Sheraton Suites best -- great location on the Plaza (best area in town), very nice staff, clean and nice rooms and pool, gym. My only complaint is that the exterior windows were very dirty, perhaps due to a lot of construction in the area, as I did not notice that during other visits. The rooms are very comfortable -- mine have been suites with a living room and bedroom, with pretty nice views of the Plaza. Prices have been reasonable. The hotel is right on the Plaza so you can walk out the door and start shopping, dining, etc. I did not eat at the hotel other than breakfast,which is a very nice buffet with a lot of good fruit, pastry, oatmeal and cereals,etc. I plan to stay here again.

Area recommendations

Plaza: best area for shopping, dining, and close also to Westport area and downtown. You can walk anywhere.
