“Happy with the accomodations”

Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly, from now on when travelling will see if Residence Inn is available before other hotels. The kitchen set up made the experience more comfortable.

“Noisy old property”

Smelly garbage overflowing in trash bin in the parking lot when we checked in. The hotel is constructed of 3 floor FRAME HOUSES each with 6? rooms. the floors are thin and noisy if you don't have a top floor room. The outside stairways are very noisy. Furniture sofa and chair broken down.

“Most Enjoyable Stay!!”

Staff and Suite was excellent ! Having a kitchen in our suite was unbelievably handy and would recommend it to anyone who stays more than one day. They had an awesome breakfast each morning in their dining area with a wide variety of breakfast food and drinks. You won't regret picking this hotel!

The whole city has anything and everything... stores, shops, and restraunts, just put one in your GPS and it will take you to your most favorite.

“Not for business travelers”

If you need a place to stay for an extended period this hotel would work, just bring your own cleaning supplies. For a business trip, I wouldn't recommend it. Its setup like several small apartment buildings. There are not any elevators so I had to lug my bags up 2 flights of stairs. My TV wasn't working correctly, and the rooms are surface clean but very dirty if you look at the windows, door frames, and corners of the room. The breakfast area is very cramped and cold items were usually not cold. Also I felt uncomfortable with the amount of activity in the parking lot, there were always several people hanging out. I'm in IT so I know how to work my wireless connection and although there was supposed to be wireless available I had no wireless network to connect to in my room.

Area recommendations

Stay in the Power & Light District or the Country Club Plaza. Both are great areas, very clean with many great places to eat and shop.

“Residence Inn is now my first choice any time I have to travel..”

The suite was wonderful. A true home away from home. A full kitchen with table for eating/writing/computing A separate sitting area and an extremely comfortable bed Free shuttle bus service (within 5 mi) Free full breakfast The staff were friendly and helpful.. no matter how many questions I had! Everyone from the Manager to the Maintenance staff were very friendly and never seemed put out. Residence Inn is now my first choice any time I have to travel..
