All of the staff were so sweet! There was a kid who got sick and the staff gave him a free shirt and make sure he was ok, it was cleaned up in a timly manner as well. Everything is kind of on the pricy side though. Day pass is to expense for what it really includes. There are cheaper swimming areas. My kid was a little to young to do some of the stuff but we still had fun

Some of the staff are just down right nasty, mean and rude. There is some staff that are great. But only a few. Security is annoying because she will just start randomly talking to you thinking your mad or something and then she won't the heck up which then now I'm annoyed and mad because I just want to be left alone.

It’s a great stay for kids but our upgraded room with the tents had been through it. Wallpaper peeling and dust and spiderwebs very visible in the corners even though it was a high ceiling. The kids enjoyed the stay, the staff are all friendly. It’s a boisterous place with children but some consideration could be made for families with babies. The second night there was a family that was so loud that our family couldn’t sleep. When we provided feedback, they simply assured us that the family was only there for one night.

SEVERELY overpriced. $700 for one night is insane. Everything is extra. Front Row parking extra. They measure the amount of liquid dispensed from the soda machine. You get a half cup refill. After that it’s extra. We were supposed to have 3 beds but there were only 2 and we were supposed to have a room that opens to a balcony. We were on the basement floor. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY.

Our stay was amazing because the cleanliness of the resort was amazing!! It exceeded all expectations. Definitely would come back and love the Kansas City Great Wolf Lodge.

My daughter loved it! We were sad to have to leave. Happened to be staying in the area for her birthday and it was a great way to spend it. Make sure tho that when you check towels out to someone that you let them know they have to scan their wrist band when returning. We werent told til our last water park that we had alot of towels out in our name even tho we had returned them. We werent told we had to scan them back in. We would have been very upset if we would have been charged for something like that since this trip was kinda out of pur price range but we did what we could to make it work for our kiddos

Great time, lots of fun!
It was great. Our children loved it. The staff was friendly and helpful. It seemed clean and comfortable. There is some “wizardry” and “magic” and “spiritual” stuff there that is contrary to Christianity. We just didn’t engage in any of that and explained to our children why we don’t. I think Great wolf lodge would do well to just focus on the nature and woodsy, outdoor fun that we all can agree on. We will definitely go back. It’s our second time there.

Lots to do here. In fact we couldn't even get through all the things we paid for. So if your staying one night. I would not buy the passes. Place is expensive. Rooms were very outdated. The hallways were unleveled or you could feel broken floor boards. Overall though it was fun. I would probably pay to do the activities and sleep some where else next time. Also the lazy river was a joke. I was really disappointed in that.

The facility looks great from the exterior, but the room had a strong smell of mildew. To the point that I was concerned about air quality. The pull out couch was 5 years past needing to be replaced. I had to sleep facing the wrong direction to keep my head higher than my feet. The kids loved the cabin sleeping area and the room was plenty big. We struggled to sleep due to noise from the floor above and the front desk staff was able to quiet them down which was great. We paid for 2 nights but left before the final night after the second false fire alarm went off in the building. All of the staff interactions were great. The ownership of the facility has squeezed too much out of the fixtures and finishes leaving the overall experience below expectations for the price paid. Will choose a different spot until there are major interior renovations.

Awesome all inclusive place for kids. You can check in and stay there the whole time. No need to leave. They put on free shows for kids all thru the day and night. Free interactive "Harry Potter" theme game play. Indoor/outdoor pools, waterslides! A HOWLING GOOD TIME!

First of all, the chocolate machine and the toaster are not working, actually the chocolate machine is working, but the chocolate milk is sour! And there is lots of sticky water on the side of my spot and nobody is cleaning it. There is also syrup on my chair, and nobody comes to clean. Here is a lot of kids, that's so dangerous! I've been a lot of hotel, I believe this breakfast's price is so cheap, but little variety of food, and even chocolate milk is sour.

My kids love Great Wolf and the room was clean and spacious. It took 40 minutes to check in and the day we checked out someone else charged lunch to our room number. I reported it and was told I’d get a response from billing within 48 hours. That hasn’t happened. So I have to call again.

Quiet hours are not enforced. Felt like a stampede was going over our room all night. Bathroom had food on the floor when we used it for the first time. The carpet had not been vacuumed walked on crumbs right when I took my shoes off inside the door. Shower curtain barely kept the water inside the shower. The food at the indoor pool was horrible. Was cold when given to us. Other than that the stay was fine.

Water park was great and kids loved it. Tried to order a pizza and waited over and hour before being told it was not yet started. Was told it would take 20 minutes. By that time the downstairs grill was closed and kids were bathed and in pajamas and didn’t wanted to pay for the buffet. The only thing that kept ma from giving a “1”was a nice young man got some food for us. Wasn’t great but it fed the kids. We would give it another try but would make different food arrangements. Prices were high for food options

We stopped at the great wolf lodge on the way home from our road trip to get the kids out of the car and moving. Overall we were not impressed and wouldn’t plan on staying there again. We had issues with billing because we booked through Expedia so we were over billed then refunded the over billed portion after questioning it. The water park was pretty gross with gunk floating in the water and on the pool deck. Our room was decent but it had a strong mildew smell, the pullout bed was broken, and you couldn’t take a hot shower since the water would go from hot to cold constantly.
