Everything is excellent except the elevator that is too slow and noisy!

Lots of restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. Front desk personnel very friendly and helpful. Found hair in the tub and bathroom sink and telephone didn't work.

Convenient location, clean rooms, great staff, and quite reasonable prices make this Holiday Inn Express a pleasant experience. The only drawback is the lack of non-chain restaurants in the neighborhood.

“You Get What You Pay For”

The title may seem a little negative but the Holiday Inn Express in Kannapolis delivered on its promise to provide comfort and quality at a reasonable price - no more, no less. It was by no means extravagant but when you're on a no frills, 2 day business trip to the outskirts of Charlotte, what more should one expect?

“Not a bad choice at all”

Everything met my expectations of a Holiday Inn Express - Modern, comfortable, clean, etc. I did get stuffed into a smoking room rather than non-smoking. It reminded me of the smell of a casino hotel, to be honest. At any rate, it was tolerable, but not ideal. My biggest complaint is that I was on the 4th floor and the only ice machine was on the first. There was a nice indoor pool. It looked like a perfect place for letting go of some excess energy. The hotel is right in the middle of a shopping area with a Sam's, WalMart, lots of choices in food as well. Certainly can't complain about that.
