“Clean, Comfortable and Convenient”

I stayed at the Fairfield Inn for 3 days on business. It was very convenient right off Route 29 for a trip to Kannapolis and Concord. Marriott's bedding never fails to deliver great back support and a great night's sleep. Free internet and breakfast a BIG plus! Basic amenities with 5 star service!

I checked in with my wife for the weekend and meet a really nice front desk clerk , went to my room and it was great the air condition was running not like most places where they leave it off and your burning up the first hour your there. loved the little breakfast and really feel i got my moneys worth. i could have stayed down the road for a little cheaper ,but it would not have been so clean and nice .

I was favorably impressed with our room at the Fairfield Inn Kannapolis. Location was very convenient to Charlotte and I-85, without road noise from the interstate being a problem. There appeared to be plenty of places nearby to eat and shop. The staff was very courteous and when we had a minor maintenance issue with the room, they were very quick to respond and fix it (at around 12:30 am). Apparently, their shower handles (that control the water) are a bit flimsy and have a record of breaking. They should really go through and replace them all, but when ours broke, as I said, they came right up and had it fixed within 15 minutes of me asking them to. This was the only problem we had with our room. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. Free internet was available. The king-sized bed was plush and the bedding was very soft and noticably clean. There was a nice work desk and chair, and an end chair to the side of the bed as well. TV was average - perfectly fine. The room was quiet and fairly dark at night (decent curtains to keep out the lights at night). The A/C worked well. The lobby hosted a quite decent continental breakfast. The other people staying at the hotel appeared to be clean, decent folks. My overall impression of the hotel was much nicer than I expected it to be based on the price. If we return to Kannapolis, we'll definitely be staying at the Fairfield.

Clean rooms. Parking was very close to entrances. We liked the hours on the breakfast. Most hotels end their breakfast before 8 am. Their breakfast was open until 9 am.

Hotel was perfect for what we needed... a place to rest for the night! We got into the room and had a great nights rest.

Room was very clean. Excellent supportive mattress. Staff very friendly. Good continental breakfast! Overall, excellent experience!

My resevation was booked with Expedia in advance,so when I arrived around 12:30PM the manager gave us our room even though 3:00PM was check-in time. Total check-in time was at most two or three minutes. The manager was extremely informative with the location of pool area, vending,breakfast. Rooms and exterior very clean would return.
