Lived in a garden unit, got some noise on flooring, may need an upgrade soon. Tried to use their laundromat however found very dirty with the machines, people using it to wash mopping cloth , I gave up.

Location is very convenient and close to ferry terminal. There is nothing to eat around and the restaurant also closes very early. The staff does not know about many things and the tap water is not drinkable. Please carry your own water if you wish to stay OR buy from grocery next block.

The property is just located nearby the ferry terminal and tourist information center, which provides stunning views of the harbor. The room is so tidy, and the kiosk nearby really offers many dinning options. The staff there is very friendly and helpful as well.

I am sure a stay at this property is perfectly lovely but I do not recommend booking in advance! My ferry was canceled due to gale warnings and I could not make it to Kangaroo Island for my booking. I notified the property one day in advance (as soon as I learned of the ferry cancellation), but they did not provide a refund. They offered to give me credit, which I am unable to use.

Property is nice and close to the ferry. Walking distance to the Pub and the fantastic 'Shy Wren' bar and restaurant. Upon arrival, the room was heavily perfumed. This turned out to be because the previous occupants were smoking and the room stunk of cigarette smoke once the perfume smell subsided. Staff did everything possible to assist us and moved us to another room which was great. The cleaner even apologised to us personally, saying she thought the issue was fixed. Room had everything we needed.

Good location
The property is in an excellent location as a base for visiting Kangaroo Island. Minutes from the ferry terminal. There are several good restaurant options within a block. And a gas station is just a block away. The rooms were spacious and clean.

Located within walking distance to IGA, cafes, the local pub, and a penguin encounter. We stayed in a new villa which had a small kitchen and was very roomy.

Amazing stay and ultimate comfort.
Could not fault this place! The clamping cabins were incredibly comfortable and spacious! Very modern bathroom, well equipped kitchenette & the heater worked a treat on the cold nights. Amazing views of the ocean from the balcony.
