Convenient location
Comfortable room though the facilities look a bit old. The common/public bath room is very small and can only accommodate 3 people! Some people had to stand there naked and waited for their turn to wash their body. Many restaurants around the hotel. It is about 5-7 minutes walking from the JR station.

Dated.
Very small room, and although we only had carry-0n luggage there was really no place to put these small suitcases. Must be a nightmare for cleaners trying to tidy the rooms while stepping around luggage on the floors. Well located in proximity to station but a bit tricky to find. Decor a bit tired. Ok for an overnighter.

Simple ‘will do’ hotel
This hotel is nothing special. The room was fine, small, like most Japanese hotels. The breakfast was very poor and the hotel is not English-friendly. It was hard to find, as even the name of the hotel was in Japanese. I’d stay again if I was passing through Kanazawa on budget, but would probably pick another more international-friendly hotel if I had a bit more money

Good budget accomodation
We stayed four nights in a twin room. The hotel is only a short five minute walk from the train station and located nearby the hotel are a number of restaurants and bars. The room itself it larger than the average Japanese hotel room. KCHA is a solid option for those on a budget and whom need easy access to the train station.

Close to station
Simple Japanese style buffet breakfast. No change on any food items during my 4 nights stay. My luggage belt was missing during check in when they kept my luggage without saying a reason or sorry. Luckily nothing was missing.

Hard hotel to find!
Hotel is within a few minutes walk of Kanazawa station. However it's a nightmare to find! It took us 20 minutes in the rain, dragging around suitcases to find it. Hotel staff weren't overly friendly either. There's plenty of other hotels around this one and I'd stay at one of them over this one.

Cheap & Near the Station, but Not Very Comfortable
I don't think I'd stay here again as it got quite noisy at night (we were near an elevator that rang at every stop) and when we had our window open (as it got humid and the A/C wasn't very good) we could hear very loud exhaust machinery every few minutes. The mattress is thin as well. Aside from that, it was clean and basic, near the train station and about what you'd expect for the price. Also, note that the checkout time is 10 AM!

Very nice hotel just 5 min walk from station
The hotel is just short walking distance from the Kanazawa station which was very comfortable. Room was nice and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful eventhough their english was very basic. I can recommend to have a breakfast there. Japanese and western buffet very tasty and truly reasonable price.

This hotel is a 5 minutes walk from the station and is surrounded by lots of restaurants. The hard-wired LAN internet connection worked fine, and the room was clean, though some of the fittings in the room weren’t perfect. The public bath was very crowded, because it holds only about 6 people. Can’t comment on breakfast, or other facilities as we didn’t use them. It has the usual small room for Japanese hotels, but is good value.

The hotel lobby was poor quality so we wondered what the room would be like. It was fine. Clean and quiet and the size was manageable. Staff were helpful and friendly. We would reuse the hotel as overall it was good value. To find the hotel, use an enlarged map from the Expedia site, or get the tourist map from the station TIC which has the hotel marked on it. The hotel is well located to get to many interesting things (we walked but could have used buses). We enjoyed Kenrouken Garden at opening time, the castle grounds next to the garden, the gold-leaf museum and gold-leaf store around the corner, and Naga-machi Yuzenkau (Yuzen silk centre that displays how kimonos are painted and dyed). Overall we found Kanazawa was a good destination and were surprised at the number of modern buildings and upbeat station entrance.

This Hotel is just minutes away from the train station and it is only about a 20 minute walk to many great sites like the Kanazawa castle and garden.

Great deal, great location.
We had difficulty finding this hotel although it was only a one minute walk from the train station and walking distance from major shopping areas, restaurants, sights. The room was not at all luxurious but it was more than adequate. The staff was very helpful although their English was limited. Buses from the train station to anywhere in the city were less than $3. This hotel was a great value for the price.

遊びや観光旅行等での利用では、なかったので周りの環境等は分かりません。ホテル敷地内駐車場の利用が早いもの順です！と言うホテルスタッフの説明は正直なところホテル側の言葉では今まで聞いたことなかったので驚きました。駐車場の用意が少ないので・・・とか台数に限りがあるので無い場合は公共のパーキングを利用してくださいという説明なら、まだ良いですが早いもの順という言い方は、ホテルとして、どうでしょうか？今回、非常事態で利用させて頂きましたので、やむをえない部分がありましたが収納が少ない。寝るだけの拠点という利用の仕方なら便利で良いかと思います。

快適なホテル
外観はともかく部屋は綺麗です。値段不相応というくらいに。大風呂があるのも、このホテルを選ぶポイントかと思います。便利な場所にあるのに、こんなに安くてよいのかと思うほどでした。

駅から徒歩圏、大浴場がついて、朝食もgoodで、人気ラーメン店がホテル前にあって、建物はやや古さを感じますがスタッフも気取らず、行き過ぎずの対応、で、ホテル代は安価！ また仕事で来たらリピートしようと思います！

ユニットバスに抵抗があったため、浴場があり価格が良心的なこちらを選びました。結論としては、口コミがあまり良くないものの宿泊を抑えたかったので全てを承知の上で泊まったので妥当と思いました。やはり最低限のアメニティは欲しいです。歯ブラシがないのは事前に知っていたので受付時に頂きましたが、出来れば部屋にハンドソープとブラシがあると有難かったです。なかったのでトイレの度にボディソープを使用し、髪は手ぐしです。館内は全体的に古びていますが、部屋の内装はとても綺麗で快適に過ごせて良かったです。男性のビジネス系利用者が多い印象です。女性一人の宿泊で少し不安もありましたが、浴場は暗証番号式の鍵があり安心して入れました。しかし、写真と全く違い浴槽が狭くビックリでした。
