We felt very welcomed by the extremely friendly and helpful staff. We were given lots of helpful advice regarding places to visit, current events, and weather in remote locations. The hotel was comfortable and very low key. This hotel isn't directly on the water, but just across the street from it. We had a great time and would recommend it to any of our friends not looking to stay in one of the giant commercial resorts.
This is our 4th time staying here and we love it. Great area with kids. Love just walking across street to beach and lots of food choices near. We always do a lot of cooking in our room and use the BBQ's. Each room is privately owned so you never now what they will look like but you can request. All rooms have been lovely. We always leave our sand toys and boogie boards for the next family who stays in room.
I lost my father and had to put my dog before my flight to Maui. The renovated Mana Kai were faboulous and the Five Palms food was even better. Loved the helpful Staff and left a new person! Many more stories I could tell but that its most1 Loved it and will be back!
Everyone was so nice at the hotel. It is a beautiful property and feels very luxurious. We were presented with lei's upon arrival - checked in via ipad - and were sipping the delicious lavender lemonade before we knew it.
