"It can be a bit of a culture shock if you're not used to a Japanese capsule hotel (and also important to understand that these aren't meant to be the Ritz)
If you know what to expect, it's fine for what it is: a cheap place to sleep, near a major train station (Shinjuku) with lots of dining/entertainment options nearby.
The public bath is nice as is the sauna and they've upgraded their blankets/pillows in the capsules.
Basically, bring a pair of earplugs and don't wait until the last minute to check out for the day in order to miss the rush for the elevator"
