“Health concern”
Pros: The hotel property itself is in good condition with an attractive interior decor befitting a mid-range property such as a Residence Inn. The staff was extremely gracious and accommodating. Also, the breakfast buffet offered a wide assortment of selections, both hot and cold (e.g., eggs, sausages, potatoes, fruits, cerals, pastries, etc.). Cons: Only a portion of the hotel rooms have been remodeled as of April 2010 and the hotel property is difficult to find after exiting the highway. However, my overriding concern was the high volume (over 30 separate lines) of high voltage power lines adjacent to the hotel property. Most folks would probably not even notice the power lines, but as someone with a pacemaker - the strength of the EMF transmissions was off the charts. The hotel staff generously arranged to move my family into another property to accommodate our health concerns.
“the worst hotel experience of my life”
I was ripped off in the taxi on the way and the hotel staff did nothing to help me. My room smelled like somebody had died in there and they did nothing about it and sniggered at me behind the desk. The smell was so bad I couldn't sleep. I asked to switch rooms but they said they were full - which I knew they weren't as my business associate had cancelled at the last minute. They said they would clean the room thorougly but all they did was open the window, which did nothing to alter the smell. Eventually they switched my room but only after alot of complaining on my part and alot of sniggering behing the desk on theirs. The pool was about twice the size of my bath at home and they made no effort to give helpful directions to the train station so I got really lost.

Das Personal war mehr als höflich und nett. Das Zimmer war einfach spitze. Das Frühstück sehr reichlich - wir fühlten uns wie in Amerika. Es war sogar in Waffelbackautomat vorhanden.

Wir hatten ein Upgrade auf einer Suite - und waren damit sehr zufrieden. Zimmer, Service, Personal und Pool waren nett - nichts zu meckern ! Können die relativ vielen mäßigen Bewertungen so nicht nachvollziehen.

tarif correct mais tout extra est compté pas de journal a disposition liaison internet nulle , proche du racket au niveau du tarif ,de plus impossible d'interrompre une séssion achetée, une fois initiée elle se deroule jusqu'au bout. agrément de la piscine ( petite mais agréable ) en sous sol restaurant impersonnel mais de qualité chambre agréable mais odeur entetante obligeant a dormir la fenêtre ouverte
“Hotel gut, Lage naja”
Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Nettes, hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr gute Küche im Restaurant. Eingangsbereich mit Rezeption, Bar, Restaurant modern und sauber. Bei den Zimmern und Etagen gibt es Unterschiede. Teilweise bereits renoviert und in Topzustand. Teils im Flur noch alte Teppichböden und muffiger Geruch.

Trotz der fast direkten Anbindung an die Autobahn, ruhige lage. Nachts bei geschlossenen Fenstern und eingeschalteter Klimaanlage keinerlei Verkehrslärm. Flughafen Düsseldorf in ca. 15 Min. zu erreichen. S-Bahn Anschluß in ca. 500m. Wir waren mit dem Service und der Ausstattung des Hotels sehr zufrieden. Frühstücksbüffet läßt fast keine Wünsche übrig, außer evt. etwas mehr frisches Obst. Bei einem erneuten Besuch im Ruhrgebiet werden wir dieses Hotel sicher wieder buchen -

Sehr freundliche Hotel-Angestellte. Superschneller Check-Inn, großzügiger Parkplatz ( kostenfrei!), tolles Frühstücksbuffett!!!! Zimmer sehr ordentlich und sauber! Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung! Trotz Autobahn-Nähe kein Lärm zu hören!
