We have stayed in room 202 for the second time and we have absolutely loved it. But the driver that we have gotten both times were not very helpful in answering questions about the town. Other than that it was a absolutely wonderful place to visit

The motel was perfect for me visiting my daughter for the week. Dena and Greg were always friendly and had the breakfast well stocked and ready on time. The room was cozy, clean and comfortable with an amazing view of the fjord and mountains in the background. An excellent place to stay!

This quirky little place was difficult to leave. Unusually large rooms with every convenience and the most friendly staff. The free shuttle made it super easy to get downtown and to the airport.

We needed a day room after our cruise and before our redeye home that night. Extremely convenient to the airport! About a three minute ride and courtesy Transportation was an added bonus, especially at 12:30 AM! Our room was spacious and comfortable. However, the shower situation was a little odd… No privacy whatsoever! The shower was basically in the bedroom. The front desk staff was courteous and accommodating. Our room was not ready so we were able to stow our bags and go into town for a bit. Even though the airport is very close by the hotel, downtown was not! $30 Uber ride to and from the downtown area.

Friendly suggestion: the young men in the lobby should be instructed to leave their cellphones, greet clients, and offer to help them with luggage.

Super clean, nicely upgraded and well maintained older building was the perfect getaway while in Juneau, especially compared to other places to stay that we passed by in the area. Convenient to Safeway and airport was a plus. Few units made it homey and quiet. Breakfast could have had a little more variety.

We enjoyed our stay here. My only complaint was the squeak in the floor above our room (135) and the horrendous noise of the what may have been the Jacquizzi in room above (at 2:30 in the morning). I also suggest allowing guests to order breakfast later than 8:30 am. We prefer to eat breakfast around 10 am.

One of the most unique properties I have ever stayed in. Very comfortable, easy access to airport, short trip to downtown and the Mendenhall falls. The special prepared breakfast was wonderful. Just like being at grandmas. The bed was like laying on a cloud. Will absolutely re-visit this property next time in Juneau.
