Super great hotel off the motor way. Family friendly and clean and well run. Only complaint sis the buffet only choice for dinner. We only wanted a small meal but instead had to pay $249 crowns for the buffet. If you are very hungry, this is of course an excellent option. I would stay here again.

Disappointed in Scandic
Terrible room for huge money. Totally disappointed in Scandic in general. No refrigerator, no air conditioning, no safe box. 5 bags of trash collected over the whole stay, no one ever entered the room even to pick the trash. It was only option to store the trash in the balcony. Dust and popcorn left after previous guests. The general condition is shabby and heavily used. Two large and two small towels for a family of three people. One chair. Breakfast is quite nice though, but the breakfast room is rather crowded. Free parking but also heavily crowded. Nothing special is around.

For once we felt like the Hotel was "undersold" online, compared to the actual experience on-site. We were very happy with our stay. The only feedback we have is that the Hotel should make themselves available by telephone. We had some questions before arriving and no one answered our multiple calls.

Nice stay and serviceminded staff
Great stay at nice hotel. Good Corona-secure (as far as possible) breakfast. Really friendly and serviceminded staff! Nice gym and sauna. Hotel is outside the city centre which I see as an advantage.

ecent family stay
The room was clean and good for a family with small children. The bathroom was also clean. A bit pricey for the location and standard but overall good. Lots of breakfast options, which I really value with picky eaters.

I stayed at this property during the recent Sweden Ironman 70.3, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The quality of breakfast in the mornings was very good, although it could be hard to get a seat during some peak periods, with some food running low quickly. The only issue would be that there was no room cleaning during my stay, thankfully as I was only there from Friday to Tuesday this did not provide to be a big issue, however it would of been nice to have fresh towels and bin emptied for when I finished my event on the Friday. The hotel is in good location with plenty of parking and facilities to ensure that they are able to meet your needs. If I return for the event in the future I would stay at this hotel again.

Since June 2019 all Scandic Hotels has stopped cleaning stayover rooms automatically. But if opur guests would like fresh towels and the room cleaned you can allways tell the reception before 11pm the day before and housekeeping will clean your room the next day. Good location.
Good location however room facilities not up to standard, no safe, no tea making facilitie, no fridge and no air con. Family room was too small for four people and no windows in the room which made it feel like a sauna. I wouldn’t stay here for the price I paid and wouldn’t rate it the stars it has.

Great hotel in good location
Clean, comfy room. Fantastic staff. Excellent breakfast including a decent range of options for all food intolerances. Very sad the next door/attached pool was closed for a fortnight for its annual refurb during my stay. Right next door to event venue.

Nice, modern hotel close to downtown
The hotel and staff were both very good. The lobby and restaurant areas were very social spots and we enjoyed having a drink and watching all the action ( kids, etc). Rooms were a decent size and nicely decorated. Breakfast was included and was excellent. What would bump this up to a top rating for me would be more comfortable beds.

Uncomfortable, dated and pricey.
The room is very dated and needs redecorating. The bed was uncomfortable and the room was very noisy due to the thin walls. Overall not a great experience. The room was extremely expensive for what it offered. £200 per night mainly due tot the event next door taking place I assume as otherwise should have been less than half that. Will stay in the town next time and travel up.

Är mycket nöjd. Härlig frukostbuffè likaså utbudet på kvällen.Något jag saknade var att om man var kaffesugen när restaurangen var stängd så fanns inget.
