“My go to hotel!”

This hotel service was great. We really enjoyed the spa and exercise room. It is conveniently located near the highway, family fun center, mall, gas station, and fine dining facilities.

“Excellent in Joliet”

Loved the proximity to the mall and I-55. Although the hotel was full, our room was extremely quiet, very clean, and super comfortable. The breakfast buffet was really outstanding for a hotel. Wish we could have stayed longer!

“Impressive”

I enjoyed my stay @ The Holiday Inn Express. I will surely visit there again. The breakfast was a plus too.

The only draw-back from my experience is that my room was right above the front door of the hotel. So I heard every car pull up, people unloading their luggage, and talking, laughing, arguing, etc. In addition to that noise, the hotel plays music right above the front door with outdoor speakers. I heard it through my closed windows, because it was so loud, I asked the front desk if they could turn down the music and they did, immediately, and were very, very nice about it. I never heard doors being slammed, and guests and their children were polite and considerate walking up and down the hallway. Nice and quiet hotel. I am definitely staying there again.

“Educate housekeeping”

Hotel and room was excellent however housekeeping came knocking twice the morning we were leaving despite having do not disturb sign up and walked in even though we called out and told them we were still getting ready (which was 2 hours before check-out time) Staff should be instructed to wait til guests have left, there were plenty of other rooms they could have cleaned, I don't like being chased out of the hotel first thing in the morning Everything else was excellent

“smokey room”

Had non smoking room but smelled of smoke we were told that the smoke can travel thru the vents from the smoking rooms. Better choices in other hotels were full so we had to continue our stay.
