“Drab!”

Reasonable pleasant staff,and a decent breakfast buffet... but that's where the positives end. Out of the way location, rooms look out on a construction site, not so clean corridors, rooms lacked basics like a coffee maker or plug points near the desk, fitness centre had no weight equipment. I'd be okay if this was a budget 3star, but didn't expect a hotel with this profile in the category it is within.

“Hugely overpriced, inconvenient location”

We needed a hotel on very short notice, and this was all that was available. We took it despite its price being about double what we expected, partly because Expedia said "four stars." I still don't know how the price was justified. The room was unremarkable in every way, except for the lack of privacy in the toilet. The headboard reading light didn't work the first night, and despite my reporting it, didn't work the second night. The person they sent up to repair it the second night couldn't even change the bulb. The room was never tidied while we were out the second day. The location is perhaps 1.5 km away from the charming parts of Stockholm, along an un-charming motorway, next to an un-charming shopping plaza. If you are attending an event at the Stockholm Globe arena and you must have lodging immediately next door, despite the truly exorbitant price, this hotel may make sense. Anyone else should find an alternative.

“Comfortable Affordable & Friendly”

We have just come back from a 3 night break at the hotel and took advantage of the 3rd night free offer. The hotel staff were friendly, the room was very clean & comfortable for the 2 adults & 2 children (on the sofa bed). The fridge was handy as we were on a tight budget and made use of the supermarket - when we found it - just turn right out of entrance stay on the street level & the entrance is on the end of the complex on the right. The station was about 5 minutes walk and the service on the train was excellent. We made full use of the Stockholm Passport which did save us money. The train system was very efficent & regular and most of the time there were seats available. The area around the hotel did seem very quiet in terms of lack of people so if you are looking for nightlife right on the doorstep this is not for you. The free breakfast buffet in the morning had a good selection but was busy & hot in the main area but you could also sit in the cooler restaurant area which was on the inside of the Globe arena.

“Et supert hotell hvis du skal på Globen!”

Vi var på tur og skulle på konsert med Rihanna. Da valgte vi Quality Hotel Globe siden det nå i nærheten. Vi var usikre på rommene, siden vi bestilte Superior, 2 enkeltsenger. Men da vi kom inn på rommene fikk vi et helt annet syn. Store rom, badekar ++. Supert!

“Fint hotell om de städade rummen”

Vårt rum var fint inrett men rummet var väldigt dåligt städat. Handfatet på toaletten var inte rengjort. Skrivbordet var fullt med dam, så ut som de inte rengjort det på flera veckor. För så mycket dam kan man inte få på 1 vecka utan städning. Dessutom hittade jag en gammal gele godis som torkat fast i stolen, usch. Inte vad man önskar se på ett 4 stjärningt hotell.

Wir waren 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel, es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel und Alle sehr freundlich.Sprechen in Englisch und manche verstehen auch ein wenig Deutsch.Möchte man mal nicht weggehen zum Essen, kann man dies im Restaurante im Hotel machen,wo es sehr gute Speisen gibt. Sehenswürdigkeiten und City sind vom Hotel aus mit der U- Bahn gut und schnell zu erreichen.Für uns war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub,und wir haben sehr viel von Stockholm gesehen.Wir können diese reise und das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen.

“Ideales Hotel für Veranstaltung in der Globearena.”

Da wir eine Veranstaltung in der Globearena besucht haben, war die Lage des Hotels ideal. Die Umgebung war grauenvoll! Service OK, nur beim Frühstücksbuffet waren einfach zu viele Leute!
