Beautiful hotel very close to the city airport.

Pros: The hotel staff was very co-operative and served with a smile.
We stayed for 3 days at Vinanta by Taj, our stay there was very comfortable and the hotel staff were very helpful. The recreation room was very well maintained with a mini theatre and other activities which the kids would enjoy. The quality of food and service was awesome.

Old mattress, warm water

Posted 26-Jul-2014 on Hotels.com
I've stayed here before with better results. First, a lady at check in wanted to argue over breakfast being included. I've never been called a liar in such a polite manner. I emailed the confirmation proving the breakfast was included. One of the mattresses were so mushy/worn out, it was impossible to keep from rolling out. The mgmt offered me a different room. The water was comfortably warm, but far from hot. Restaurant is excellent, all staff (except for lady at check in) are superb... Overall, hotel is worth the money. However, I think I'll try a different hotel next time.

Great hotel, usual impeccable taj service

The Taj Vivanta in Jodhpur was a great place to base our trip in Jodhpur. The hotel is well designed and the rooms are spacious. Breakfast is well made and all of the staff are helpful. Drawbacks were the bathrooms which had no seperate shower cubicle and car hire was a little expensive.

Fantastic Experience!

This hotel proved to be absolutely wonderful. The staff were great, and they even upgraded us to a suite on our second night. A great getaway hotel! The dinner in the restaurant was superb and pool was very well maintained. All in all, I would like to thank the staff of the hotel to have made this holiday very memorable for both my wife and I!

Taj harimahal

Doesn't look like a Taj property. Seems like the management is not bothered about the guests comfort.

Hotel is quite beautiful on several acres of manicured property. Pool absolutely sparkling and lovely to enjoy from dining table of one of the hotel's restaurants. Rooms clean and large, staff friendly, helpful and competent. A lot for the money.

Traditional Luxury from a quality Hotel Group

Posted 24-Apr-2013 on Hotels.com
Not much around it outside...pretty grotty in fact but inside is an oasis of calm and luxury. Big Colonial bedroom with a nicely kitted out bathroom along with soft pillows and big bed made my 2 night stay a pleasure... Food is outstanding with a huge mouth watering Indian buffet for dinner.. I travel constantly but when I find a hotel like this I look no further.
