This is nice hotel with excellent rooms facing the city. My windows were facing the palace of Jodphur but they were very dirty. There is a good restaurant but if you want bottled water you have to pay cash. For some reason I don't understand why they can't charge to the room. The staff is very polite and try to solve issue. The WI-FI is very slow and it drops every 5-10 minutes. However, in my case they gave me access to another wi-fi network and this solved the problem. You need to ask however.

The Manager Mr Bharat was very professional and caring the breakfast buffet was great and the staff was very responsive . I left behind a pearl necklace which they mailed back to me it was of no intricate value but was a gift from family and this priceless which was recognized and I was accommodated. Near the airport and not far from shopping. Great value

The property did not have sufficient parking, They did not have parking inside the hotel which would have been safe. When asked "is my car safe" they said yes we have cameras. What if you have cameras but my car got stolen how will the cameras actually stop my car from being stolen? The property overall was very okaish according to price that was paid. super slow service, bathroom shower door literally fell on me. Pathetic services.

First of all this property is placed in a dirty location. The experience started at reception where no one available to take the luggage and the person who came to received lugguage asked me "Aap adha saman lelo baki main leta hue" in a rude way. 2. I paid extra money for an additional mattress. After calling 5 times & then fighting with reception, I got the extra mattress after 3 hrs almost at 10:30 PM. 3. I had charges for breakfast approx 2000/-. When I asked them to get my breakfast parcel i.e. 4 Sandwiches, they just handed over me 4 half pieces of sandwiches. 4. Only one small lift works, which increases wait time by minimum 5 mins. 5. Overall worst experience after paying a huge amount for a booking.

The hotel was nice and clean, very comfortable bed and tea and coffee in the room. The only downside was the 6am dance music wake up call from the gym and building works. The pool needed a net over to stop it being used as a pigeon watering station. The food was excellent and staff very helpful.

Overall a great hotel with great staff!
All their staff seemed very professional and helpful. Our room seemed clean and the bathroom was loaded with complimentary toiletries. We also had a great view of the city palace. The roof top restaurant was an oasis. The breakfast buffet was on the 2nd floor and very extensive!!! It would have been nice for them to offer complimentary wifi to all their guests but if you need internet, they do have a business center. Location wise they are 1 street in from a major street so it feels a bit calmer and quieter around the hotel. However, not a lot of restaurant options within walking distance around the hotel.

Nice stay
Great stay. Breakfast buffet had a good selection. Staff were very friendly and always had a smile which is nice. Be aware of your hotel rate if it includes wifi or not, as they will charge you. Weren't able to enjoy supper on the roof as there was a private function.

Good hotel but very noisy
Room very noisy due to construction , kitchen activity on 9th floor, and some equipment switching on and off frequently . Could not sleep well . Staff very nice and responsive.

I visited this place along with my family for 2 nights, we had 2 rooms with us. I had selected the hotel based on the expedia ratings and I must say it was much better than what I had expected. Nice rooms, they upgraded us to rooms facing the Fort and Umed Bhawan Palace. They have a nice gym, the food too was good. Breakfast was a nice spread comprising of Indian and Continental. Overall a 3 star hotel with the comfort and facilities of a 5 star. I will strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jodhpur.

A very nice hotel in the old and filthy city.
The service in this hotel surpassed any other hotel we stayed in India. Most of the guest in the hotel were from European tour groups and the buffet was also geared for their taste apart from some Indian food with some variety. We could not complain about any thing, and the staff were always there to assist you. They picked us from the airport and arranged a driver to take us for shopping and the tour of the important castle, museum and forts. Apart from Town and Country Inn By Carlson, The Fern Residency Hotel group are the two great hotels group I will recommend for India trip, because you will always get the value for your money. We were bit surprised that the service they provide in the restaurant were provided to the Maharajas and the British Masters, and coming from the Western life style culture, we felt bit uncomfortable when we were spoon-fed every time we reached for our food from various dishes on the table. It seems that the well-to-do Indians missed out during the days of Maharajas and British Masters, and likes to replace them in new India, but to me it is a kind of slavery, which needs to be avoided in all hotels and airports in India.

Keine 3 Sterne wert
Das Hotel verdient keine 3 Sterne. Wir haben 2 Club Zimmer mit Zugang zur Club Lounge gebucht, diese sollte den Zugang zur Business Lounge ermöglichen, die es wohl noch nie gegeben hat und Zimmer mit Sicht auf das Fort, das wir auch nicht erhielten. Morgens gab es kein warmes Wasser und kein Druck, somit mussten wir den Tag schön erfrischt starten. Das Frühstück ist sehr übersichtlich und für Europäer fast nichts kontinentales ausser Toast und undefinierbare Marmelade. Als Entschädigung für die überbezahlten Zimmer hat man uns ein Abendessen geboten, dass vom Chef persönlich zubereitet wurde (5 Gänge) vom Feinsten. Der Chef war bereits Koch auf der Princess Cruise Line und hat das Dinner mit sehr viel Liebe und Phantasie zubereitet. Ein riesen Lob darauf. Er hat damit etwas von der schlechten Hotel Qualität wett gemacht
