Very friendly staff, large suites, clean, did not smell like alot of motels do these day. Breakfast starting at 5:30 was a perk as we had to leave very early. Would stay here again!

The bed was so hard I could have bounced a ball off it. When we rolled out the sofa couch giant pee stains were all over. At first we thought it might have just been our room, but our friends also confirmed their rooms had pee mattresses too. The pool was green and trash all in it. This hotel used to be decent for being in such a small town but now it is complete trash. Your better off staying in Buffalo.

Front desk staff was very friendly and courteous . Room was a nice size, but not vacuumed in places. Just a older property showing its age. Needs a remodel, but very reasonable rate.

The overall stay with parking was great. The room was good, plenty of space with towels, tv channels was good also. The problem came when something was bitting me on the legs , soi put two towels down to get some sleep. Being in my profession sleep is very important, so for that they stay was fairly good.

Well...
Well... Room 211 ...I dont usually complain. We got in late and tired. We already got dress for bed and realize AC wasn't working Sweated all night. In the morning coffee maker didnt work ,we needed our coffee. Slow drain in tub. Dust on secound shelf on both end tables. Dirty behind bed and tv stand on floor. We normally get a hotel off hwy 45 but we decided to do something different and try this little town. We told the lady up front when we were leaving and she said why didnt yall call we would have put you in another room? I said we were tired and it was pass 10 pm, we had to get up early to leave. My thing is do they not have a check list when rooms are prep for next guess? I can see the slow drain being missed but AC, coffee maker, dust? That should be standard checks.

This was a good place if you need to stay in the area. We were there for a family gathering near by. The staff is nice and the property clean and neat. A little pricey but to be expected during the holiday. Definitely the best choice in the area.

The rooms were clean and big and bright, everything worked. The staff was fantastically friendly and helpful. There isn't much to do in Jewett, but we found local things to do and had fun.

05:00 in the morning the night clerk came in my room she thought I had left she said. the room smelled like mold musty . when I arrived the clerk was out front smoking had to wait for her to check me in. Room was not ready never every sty at you chain again. Hilton all the way.

A very hot uncomfortable night
Got.to the hotel at 7pm...had to be checked in on clerk's cell phone because the electricity was out and would be right back on. It finally came back on at 6pm....11 hours later. And I was compensated with $20 off my three night stay!!! Needless to say I had a headache from no sleep and missed the meeting I came for. Comfort Suites Jewett is a no for me!! If Buffalo dosen't have any availability I will go to Palestine.

The staff were amazing, and very kind. Our room smelled really bad like mildew. The closet was the worst, I didn’t put my clothes in there because I didn’t want my clothes to smell like mildew.

This property is the best in Jewett Texas, however, the Internet does not work very well, so if you need high speed Internet, stay on Hwy 45 in Buffalo. The breakfast was missing items, such as yogurt, fruit, and whole milk.

Unclean. Nasty stale breakfast. Sticky tables. Someone drinking beer (not allowed) at the pool. People at pool were not staying at the hotel. Rarely was someone attending the desk. Photo below shows a black blob of something that stayed in the middle of the hallways for 3 days.

Best one I saw in the area for sure
Waited 20 mins at the front desk before any employees emerged from the back. Pool was pretty green and the hot tub doesn’t work at all. Room was nice though and very spacious. Breakfast was ok but we had to ask for restocking because they do not have a dedicated employee in that area.

We were road tripping and en route back to Dallas from the Coastline and needed place to stay in between. This hotel was perfect, we called ahead to let them know we were not going to be in until 12 midnight and they let us know they are there 24/7. That was a relief. The room was very spacious, super clean and high quality bedding. The pool and hot tub outside seemed so inviting I wish we got in earlier to enjoy. The hotel is fenced in and felt secure as there was someone at the front at all time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This is an excellent stay if you are on the road and need a stop, it seems rural but there are towns all around with gas stations and food and you avoid Houston on Route 77. The complimentary breakfast was perfect, we would have liked if it ended at 10am and not 9am as we would have gotten a little extra sleep after a late check in.

The housekeeping came in and took the towels but didn't replenish any of them and didn't make beds. There were people sitting out front that were smoking right at the entrance so you had to walk through them smoking. The hotel room had a musty smell but the room was okay. The pool and whirlpool were full of Junebugs
