“nice enough hotel”

Adequate hotel in a great location close to the Bus station. Yad VaShem, the Israel Museum and the Knesset are within walking distance. The hotel is clean and tidy, rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. There is some road noise in the evening from the nearby dual carriageway. The breakfast had little in the way of 'Western' food, which is not necessarily a failing, it's just unusual in a hotel catering for international visitors. I was dismayed to find a kettle and cups in my room, but no coffee/sugar - I discovered I had to purchase these from the lobby at extra cost. Having collapsed into my 11th floor room after a long day travelling, having to return to the lobby and pay for a coffee was annoying (would it kill the hotel to provide a couple of sachets in the room for free, as most hotels do?) The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, I have to say. All in all, a perfectly decent hotel for the price. A few minor niggles but I'd happily stay there again.

Area recommendations

The Old City is amazing, even for an atheist like me. Hop on a city tour as the maze of alleyways is much easier to navigate with a guide. The view of the city from the Mount of Olives is fantastic. Yad VaShem, holocaust museum, is staggering, moving and a must see.

très bon rapport quelité prix et bien qu'un peu excentré très facile de se rendre au centre ville grâce au tram et aux explications du receptionniste. Je recommande cet hotel
