"Fantastic Hotel, Fantastic Staff, great food......"
We stayed here for 4 days in late October and our first time to Jersey, once we arrived at the Hotel we were made extremely welcome and this continued throughout our stay, I simply cannot praise the staff enough they are excellent and so very helpful.
Our room was gorgeous with it's own little patio area next to the pool, but still private enough to sit out in and relax.
We ate in the restaurant one evening and we had the best steaks we have ever had, the meal was fantastic.
Unfortunately due to one of our children back home being unwell we had to cut our break short but would have loved to have stayed a bit longer.

We came with high expectations and we were not at all disappointed.
As we did not intend to spend too much time in our room we booked a standard room and we were in for a surprise as the room offered every thing that we could expect from a higher graded room. The staff from the management to the cleaners were very friendly and attentive but not over-bearing.
The restaurant served food of the highest quality from both the Tennerfest and A la Carte menus for dinner and the breakfast offered both Buffet style and cooked variety to cater for every taste.
We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay and will definitely return in a couple of years.
Had a one night's stay at the Grand Hotel, staff couldn't have been more helpful. Internet connection in my room was excellent. Bathroom starting to get a little tired. Would love to stop here for longer next time
Having never been to Jersey before it was very much like a blind date as to what the hotel might be like. After research and weighing up the budget for hotel and facilities and board we decided to go to the Revere, St Helier. We were very glad we did as the location is idea for the harbour area an the town for any shopping. The staff are very helpful and polite and the restaurant and food were excellent value for money.
There are a few higher star hotels in the area but this one overall takes some beating.
Would definitely go back

Hotel located in the centre of St Helier close to all the amenities. Ideal if you want to tour the island by bus as the bus station is immediately below. Spoilt only by the nightclub opposite but if you avoid Friday's & Saturday's or opt for the habour view this can be minimised,
The staff are available 24/7 and made us very welcome. Highly recommended.
