"Lovely hotel in a good location with great staff!"
Just returned from a 7 night stay and had a wonderful week here. The bedroom was large and very comfortable and kept very clean all week. We heard no noise at night so had great night's sleep each night. The breakfast buffet was very extensive and good food served every morning. The staff were extremely friendly and were very attentive to every detail. We didn't want to leave at the end of the week we had had such a good time - a big thank-you to everyone at the Grand Jersey!

Would certainly stay again, so glad we opted for this hotel than any other - we viewed other options on our shortlist during our visit.
I have been working in St Helier for two years and in that period have stayed in most of the Hotels. I have stayed a the Pomme d'ore Hotel four or five times during this period and can confirm that it is a very good Hotel.
Staff are amazing and nothing is to much trouble. They were all very helpful, kind and friendly. The hotel is central and is spotless. The food is excellent. I cannot praise the hotel or staff enough and will definitely be returning. The rooms are lovely and all individual.
This hotel is right in the centre of st helier. Whilst it does not have sea views it more than makes up for it with the comfort of the room. In respect of size and comfort bed is similar to those in many 5 star hotels. Very attentive service and despite the fact we had an early flight and could not check into our room guest services were very accommodating. Plus point us that there is plenty of parking (suits small cars though as approach very tight) . Spa is ok although small - only 4 people can fit in steam rooms at a time, likewise pool small but fir a weekend away more than sufficient. Only downside - wifi!!! Despite advert using as available connection us so poor unable to browse the net let Zlondon answer e-mails
