“Delightful”
On arrival, I was warmly greeted and bags taken directly to the room. I was shown around the hotel although unable to veiw the Spa as it was 6.10pm and the Spa closed at 6pm. I was offered a glass of Champagne on the house in The Honesty Bar (where you would normally help yourself and tick a simple form to charge your drink) .The Michelin Star Bohemia Restaurant and Bar was stunning although sadly I did not get an opportunity to eat here, only drink. I visited the spa on day 2 which was excellent and would highly recommend the vast choice of treatments amd products used. It was all in all a very pleasant hotel and I will return and look forward to it, although be warned, the rooms are small and despite the fact the hotel was very quiet the two nights I stayed, I was still given a room overlooking the car park.
“A comfortable hotel”
This hotel at the winter rates offered very good value for money with all of the convenience and comfort of a 4* hotel at B&B prices. A very generous continental breakfast is included with free use of the pool and sauna makes for a good stay. The location is near the centre of St Helier with the shoping and restaurant within a short walking distance and very convenient for all other services as well. Although the hotel is near the centre of town it is very easy to reach by car and has free parking, a luxury in St Helier, about 20 minutes from the airport. An added benefit is the Bohemia restaurant in the hotel, considered in the best 25 in the UK and exceedingly good and simply walk back to your room when finished.
“Friendly luxury in St. Helier”
The staff at The Club made our stay in Jersey memorable. Everyone was very professional, helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is very smart and comfortable, the breakfasts were excellent (I loved all the fresh fruit and juices, while the croissants were dreamy), and the spa very welcoming. The indoor pool was very warm so unsuitable for serious swimming, but great for relaxing. The outdoor pool was bracing!
“it was wonderful!”
From the moment we arrived we felt special and very welcome. The hotel itself was very impressive, we were shown around straight away. Our room was spotless, comfortable and welcoming, the staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The hotel is 2 minutes from the centre of St Helier and all its lovely shops and night life, and about the same to the beach, harbour and sea and main bus station in Liberation Square. We have recommended The Club to all our friends and relatives, and would definately stay there again.
“Great hotel”
Great location friendly staff every thing you need in a hotel pity the indoor pool is only open for a few hours in the morning and early evening
“Jersey Jewel!”
This hotel is fantastic, we had a lovely stay over the August bank holiday. The staff are very attentive and cater for all your needs. Absolutely wonderful!
“Luxurious base from which to explore the island”
Our second stay and once again the hotel did not disappoint. A friendly greeting at reception followed by a tour of the facilities and a welcome glass of champagne is always a good start. The 3rd floor room was spacious and well furnished. The inclusive continental breakfast consists of fruit, cheeses and cold meats which was fine. Cooked breakfasts are available at extra cost but we were happy with the continental. The spa has a small pool, sauna and steam room together with an experience shower. A pleasant way to pass an hour or to. The location is in the centre of town with a free car park which is a bonus, but people wanting sea views should look elsewhere. Finally a meal in the Hotels Bohemia restaurant is a fine dining experience not to be missed.
“Superb Jersey hotel.”
My wife and I have just returned from a 9 night stay at The Club Hotel and Spa. The facilities, food and quality of service are of an extremely high standard. All the hotel staff were exceptional - professional, pleasant, attentive and delivering an excellent quality of service. The hotel is well located for an easy walk into the centre of St. Helier and is only a 15 minute taxi ride from the airport (cost around £14 each way). A superb hotel and highly recommended.
“Fantastic hotel, brilliant service”
having chosen the club hotel over the grand jersey, with the grand jersey scoring over the club with only the location, the club delivered and exceeded our expectations in every other aspect. Staff were very friendly, service was brilliant, rooms very clean, modern & comfortable. Outdoor pool, area was brilliant to relax. Our room was overlooking green street with the car park, Dont think the room views apart from the ones looking over the outdoor pool are a USP for the hotel. But the hotel itself covers more than enough in every other area, such as the brilliant Bohemia restaurant! check in/checkout was a breeze, though with so many things to do in jersey we couldn't use the lovely indoor swimming pool :(, but having seen it it was fantastic as well.
“Very impressive, a great place to relax and escape.”
The perfect location as it was in the centre of town, just 5 mins walk to the shops. The welcome was fantastic as the staff were all very polite, welcoming and helpful. We were given a tour of the facilities, as were all guests. The room was clean with lovely new furnishing, a great shower and plenty big enough for the 2 of us. The continental breakfast was lovely with an ample selection and great service. The whole hotel was peaceful and relaxing, a great place to spend 2 nights away from the kids! the room service menu was a bit limited but adequate and ther was plenty of parking at the back of the hotel. Highly recommended.
