“Will definatley go back”

All the staff were helpful & friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent plenty of choice. Location was 5 minutes walk to the town centre & bus station. We had a slight problem with the bathroom sink not draining, which we reported on our way out, when we got back to our room it was fixed. We would definatley go back

Getting around

The 5 day bus pass was very good as you could hop on & off without trying to find change. The guy at the bus station even pointed out that you needed to do at least 15 journeys to benefit which was useful.

“We'll be back”

Hadn't been to Jersey before and really enjoyed ourselves. The hotel was in a good location and we had a great view over the Marina and just a five minute walk into the town centre. The room was large and well laid out with all the facilities we could have wanted. Breakfast fabulous with a huge choice from the buffet. We'd recommend it.

“Good Hotel”

A typical modern hotel situated in a good location handy for all ameneties. Nice restaurant but expensive for what you get. The rooms are quite large and comfortable but lack storage space, only one small hanging space and no drawers at all so nowhere to put your clothes. We used our suitcases. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I can recomend this hotel but if I go back to Jersey I will probably try a different one because of the poor storage space.

“Nice modern hotel, but a short walk into town”

A nice modern hotel, much better inside looking out, than outside looking at it (bit of an eyesore really!). But good service and facilities. See view rooms are the best. Breakfast buffet is OK, fine but nothing special, could be improved considering the price of the hotel. The only shame is there are building works all around the waterfront area, so you need to walk for about 10 minutes to get into the town.

“Good staff - good location”

Location and staff excellent. Car parking and hire facilities at the hotel are a bonus as these can be at a premium in Jersey. Sunday buffet lunch excellent and breakfasts A1. Beds amazingly comfortable and room large, but hanging and shelf space limited - seems they are more geared up for conference guests rather than holidaymakers there for 5 days. Would certainly stay again.

All of Jersey - an beautiful and stunning island. St Helier a clean neat town with adequate shopping.

“St Helier's hotel with a view”

This hotel has the best view of all, of the harbour and Elizabeth Castle, both from the public areas and bedrooms overlooking the marina. It is very near to al amenities -Tourist Office, bus station and main shopping centre. Victoria Avenue where the Battle of Flowers is only a few minutes away. Built within the last few years it has all the comforts and style that we expect from international hotels. The exterior architecture looks rather stark from a distance but it is very functional and well-designed.
