Worst Hotel for the Costliest price

Posted 28-Jul-2015
Pros: Rooms were big and spacious, bathroom small and nothing that I really appreciated apart from being close to Journal Square station
Cons: Parking must, allow cooking, have cooperative staff.
Location: We visited the NY
Hotel staff is not cooperative, when they are talking to you it seem like they are doing you a favor and are not attentive to what you are saying. After staying there I am seeing multiple transaction on my statement and when I call in the staff is not attentive enough to talk on the matter even. There is only 15 min parking for checkin, no parking with the hotel although they say onsite parking available. Parking itself cost me $36. You can not cook in the room, I have a allergic kid so we cant eat out. With no cooking in room, we had to adjsut with a low power microwave which took double time to even warm the food.

Good but some issues

Posted 17-Jul-2015
Cons: Price.
Issue1: Carpet never cleaned and it stinks somewhere Issue2: Hair dryer was not working Issue3: If you want to roam around NYC better avoid this due to PATH connection. In my 4 days stay I could avoid 70$ for 2 person for PATH fare. You better spend in NYC hotels . I got simiar price in Long Island city but choose this Issue4: People around you scary during night. Not all time but sometime. Issue5: Breakfast was not fabulous. Juice machine was broken. Stuffs are punctual about time. If you delay 1 min then you can't eat rest of the things okay and good . Stuffs are good and they gave us room 3 hours before check-in.

Decent hotel for the price

Posted 13-Jul-2015
The hotel was adequate for what my family and I needed. The room and bed were clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was very nice. The breakfast was ok. The one downside-and I knew it when I booked the hotel -was the parking situation. Parking is about a 3-5 minute walk to a parking garage down a long residential street. It is not "right across the street" as reviews have mentioned. This could be a big issue for some customers, but if you don't mind the walk then this hotel should be good enough for your stay.

Cheap ok-ish place. Staff was friendly. There was a problem with the bath tub that was annoying. Otherwise, not too bad

Great place to stay

A really nice place to stay when it comes to room comfort. The complimentary breakfast was sumptuous as well. The staff was friendly, and was prompt. A couple of downsides I'd say, are that the location can be spotty, especially at nights, and there isn't an attached garage. Aside from these, I'd say it was a super good place to stay, and I'd have no problems coming back here when we visit NYC in the future.

Nice hotel conveniently located

Carpet needs steam vacuum to get rid of the musty smell , AC & lift better be less noisy. Keep some fresh chargeable food for late arrivals & train reception to ask whether such guests need any assistance even for ordering from outside. Not the best of Ramada but acceptable.

Bang for the buck

Posted 15-Jun-2015
Pros: Room Size, location
Cons: The breakfast while fairly good, contained too many things that needed to be heated up.
I was initially apprehensive on entering the hotel. But once I went inside the room, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was extremely spacious. An entire family could have stayed in the room. Toiletries were good and regularly replenished. While the hotel itself does not have a restaurant. There are many places to eat around. It is also close to the PATH station, which was useful for me.
