“Clean and convenient location”

Very clean and very friendly staff. Great option when you need to be near NYC and don't want to pay manhattan prices.

“Good Hotel easy to access NYC”

This hotel was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and welcoming. A small walk to Walmart, cinema and local eateries. Easy and cheap access to NYC and Hoboken. Well worth a visit.j Don't expect the Waldorf but for the price I was hugely satisfied. I'd go again. No problems with bugs I think these people must have stayed somewhere else. The kitchen was a bonus. Thanks to all at Homestead

“Great for going to New York”

Staff was very friendly. Gave us perfect directions on using the bus to and from the city. Rooms were clean. Nice area.

“Our stay in Secaucus”

My wife and I stayed to nights at Extended Stay America, and enjoyed every moment. Victor, the young man with whom we dealt with at the desk, went out of his way to be helpful. At the very least, he deserves an increase in salary and a promotion.

“Great hotel travellers, students and families”

Stayed here for 6 nights over the new year. When checking in, there was a mix up with our room and we did not receive what I had booked, however staff compensated by giving us an extra room, and the next day we were moved into the correct room. Room spacious, clean and comfortable. Only down falls were noisy heater and noisy fridge/freezer. Bus stop to New York 30 seconds from hotel, runs frequently (every 15 mins) and only costs $8 (return), a lot cheaper than what a taxi will charge. Close to numerous restaurants and outlet shops. (The red lobster being our fave!) Staff very friendly and polite. Hotel also has a gym, pool and serves food, although we didn't use these facilities. If you are looking for a cheap, comfy hotel then this is for you!

“great location”

The location of the hotel is prime. The bus into NYC stops right across the street. The 'pool' is about 10'x20' not heated, nice when hot, not so warm at night, No daily maid service, not too musch of a problem. They built a mall right across the street with restaurants and a movie theatre. Hotel clerk friendly and helpful with direction to NYC. Continential breakfast was great. NO central icemaker. The icemaker in our room didn't work. We were given ice cube trays. Nice little kitchenette. Nice small, relaxing courtyard outside for relaxing

“Very Basic Hotel, just a bed, excellent location”

Hotel was very very basic. I will think it was one of the worst hotel (look wise) where I have ever stayed. I have never stayed in a motel but I beleive it must be like this. Breakfast was horrible, no coffee, no tea (machine broken) not much of choices. Could not eat anything. BUT Hotel has excellent location, 2 steps from bus stop, which stops only once before it reaches time square. It has Free parking. Overall it is ok, but I will certainly try to look for some other hotel if I go again. We stayed here as it had a small kitchen in room. We had few veggie people in the group so we needed something where we can cook.

“Good”

Clean friendly environment, but the just decided to cut down on expenses and without notice stop serving coffee and continental breakfast as advertised, good for the economical crisis but extremely bad for costumers.

“Homestead Meadowlands”

Hotel was nicely located for everything I need to do. It is very close to shopping and many resturants. The room was large for the area, but the only thing I didn't care for is the beds wheren't very soft.
