Good value for the location and price; comfortable stay overall. Some road noise, but it is not very noticeable with AC turned on. The shuttle to and from Times Square can be crowded, and it is first-come-first-served. Even though we made reservation the evening before, the shuttle did not have enough seats for everyone, so some of my party had to stand in the bus for the ride.

Hotel was absolutely disgusting. It was out dated.

Cons: TEAR IT DOWN!
Horrible, was looking around for bed bugs or hidden camera.

Nice hotel with easy access to NYC

Posted 19-Aug-2014
Pros: Convenient location.
Cons: Include a vanity with sinks and have tubs that are not as deepl
Overall I was pleased with this hotel and would stay there again. As others mentioned there is a convenient shuttle to NYC. The hotel also has a nice bar and restaurant that are reasonably priced. My biggest gripe is the bathroom in our room only had a sink and no vanity to keep toiletries. It was a nice looking sink, but really, you need a place to store toothpaste etc. There was a small ledge above toilet, but that was no where big enough. Also the tubs are very deep. Nice if you like to take a relaxing bath, but a challenge to get in and out for people like me with knee problems and the elderly.

Dirty

Posted 18-Aug-2014
Pros: The difference between this hotel and Metlife was really convenient. The ice was cold.
Cons: CLEAN!!
Location: Metlife Stadium.
This hotel was extremely dirty. Probably the dirtiest I have ever stayed at. Once in the room, the sheets and pillow cases were still covered in other peoples hair. The carpet was so dirty that it actually left black footprints in the bathroom. The lack of outlets was also frustrating, as well as the parking lot- it was on a hill with pot holes everywhere. I parked in one spot at night and in the morning there was no order; there was barely lines to separate spots so everyone parked blocking my car in. Also, when I took the shower the shower head setting was really strong and it was so jammed that I could not adjust. Everything had dust on it.

Don't bother with the shuttle bus- unreliable...

Shuttle bus late consistently...better to walk up to Patterson Plank and take the public transit.

Easy access to NYC

Posted 09-Aug-2014
Pros: It was comfortable and clean.
Location: Convenient access to Park & Ride. Geographically close to MetLife Center but traffic to the event was horrendous! Also close to shopping and dining.
A quick drive to the N. Bergen Park & Ride, and for $27.50 per day (including parking), the four of us rode the 320 NJ Transit Bus into Manhattan and then back to the hotel. What a deal! The bus lane moved well even when traffic didn't! I would definitely stay here again.

Posted 05-Aug-2014
Pros: Clenliness and friendly staff.
Cons: A complimentary breakfast would have been nice.
Location: North Bergen NJ Shopping and a good variety of resturants

We chose this hotel for the shuttle into NYC. The staff was great and it was an affordable way to spend the day in NYC without the hassel of driving and parkin.

Nice stay

Posted 30-Jul-2014
Pros: The proximity and the shuttle to city.
Cons: The pillows really inconfortable.
Location: Good location to Ny City.Time Square,Ground Zero,Macy's, Naked Cow Boy lol
We got there early so we took the hotel shuttle to down town New York.Shuttle almost every hour.Starts at 8h00 am.You need to buy tickets at little store beside front desk.It is 12.00 per personne round trip.So really affordable. You can come back late if you want the shuttles start at 7h00pm up to 11h00 if requested but beleive me at 10h00 pm you will want to sit down. They serve a good breakfast. It is very very Noisy so put on air conditionning if you get room facing the street it will kill the train, the truck the car horns this goes on all night. Never stops.Located right in front of trucking company. First night no sleep at all.For pillows OMG 1x1 cushions. So bring yours if you dont want to Wake up with a bad neck. Rooms really clean, good pressure in shower .But needs a up date. I didn't remember that kind of old tv lol. Really ok I guess for the money. Oh and if you need to use the vending machines be prepared to do a little talking to your self. The 2 we used took our money but did not give anything back or it taked forever to read the dollar bills. After 15 minutes we just gave up :)
