You will be singing the blues 👎
Impossible to get to, never informed that you can’t park at hotel, you have to leave your car 1/2 mile away. Pay to enter town, Pay to be driven to town.receptionist slow as a tortoise, dirty jacuzzi, first hotel in Brazil to mess up breakfast. Only bright spot was the barman, a true pro

Would stay again. All inclusive hotel. You really don’t have to leave for anything. The village nightlife is fun. On the beach, great included breakfast. Good restaurant & pools.

Excellent!
The hotel is amazing, has an entrance right by the beach, with an amazing sunset by the ocean view. It is located right in the middle of Jericoacoara, near everything - though pretty much everything is near everything, as Jericoacoara is so small. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is nice. I highly recommend it!

Still one of the best options in Jeri although the hotel needs some renovation of rooms and baths. It would also be nice to see some new variation on the menue of the Restaurant which seems to be the same for last couple of years.

The only place for me to stay in Jeri
This is the best place to stay in Jeri if you like some home comforts. The location is perfect - right on the beach and by the main area for bars and restaurants (but no noise issues in the rooms). The hotel has two gorgeous pools and the staff are really friendly. Basically this place is paradise.

The hotel is on the beach and in a good condition. Overall we had a great time and I'm not sure you can find something better in Jeri. But the service needs a little more work: they could not provide us with a second room key and kept asking us to come back tomorrow. The towels were worn out. The pools are smaller than the appear on the posted pictures and wireless was barely working in the room.

Nice little place right on the beach
It's a nice little hotel. It is in a fantastic location and has great grounds with two pools as well as beach front. It's in the best location in Jericoacoara really. Our hot water didn't work for the first two days we were there but they got it fixed eventually. It's a nice little resort. The staff was really helpful.

Hotel incrível, quarto reformado e todo clean, as piscinas excelentes e limpas, beira mar exclusivo para hóspedes, pessoal da recepção, garçons, limpeza e seguranças super atenciosos e educados. Das espreguiçadeiras do hotel é possível ver o belíssimo pôr do sol, café da manhã diversificado e bastante variedades, comida a lá carte mto boa tb. Super recomendo.

Precisam melhorar o café da manhã URGENTE
A estadia foi excelente, mas eu sou muito crítico com o café da manhã. O que me fez escolher esse hotel foi o fato do café da manhã ser pé na areia, é isso é incrível. No entanto, o café da manhã é simples versus o padrão que se é esperado. Poucas opções de frutas e de pães, faltou pão integral. E pode parecer que estou sendo muito crítico, mas pelo valor pago na diária o hotel precisa ser melhorado com uma apresentação e mais opções de alimentos. O requeijão, por exemplo, não ficava gelado, e sim naqueles potinhos de katchup. Enfim, todo o hotel é incrível, mas o café da manhã precisa ser melhorado o que realmente conta a favor são os garçons retirarem o pedido do omelete, crepe e tapioca direto na mesa.

Hatten 2 Nächte Aufenthalt. Hotelzimmer war sehr sauber. Das Personal ausgesprochen nett!!! Die Lage ist einfach super. Das Hotelrestaurant liegt direkt am Strand. Es gibt nichts schöneres als morgens sein Frühstück mit Blick auf den Strand zu genießen. Das Hotel ist super zentral gelegen. Die Hauseigenen Pools sahen sehr einladend aus! Werden sehr gerne wiederkommen! 5 Sterne von uns!

EXCELENTE HOTEL.
Hotel excelente, ótimo atendimento e educação de TODOS os funcionário, quartos novos e limpos. parte das piscinas excelente, tendo opção de ficar no bar molhado ou a outra piscina mais reservado. Comida do hotel muito boa, café da manha, normal muito bom , mas nao faltava absolutamente nada. Voltaria sem sombra de duvidas. Obrigado MY BLUE, foram dias inesquecíveis para mim e minha esposa.

Fotos enganosas.
As fotos do site não condizem com a realidade. Instalações antigas e sem manutenção. Quarto com mofo, principalmente nas cortinas. Em especial, registrei reclamação sobre o quarto 131 por conta do barulho excessivo antes das 6h da manhã. O local era pra ser área técnica ou depósito, mas vendem como uma "suíte". Na frente da porta do quarto tem a central de gás e um quadro de energia. Em duas manhãs, antes das 6h, fomos acordados com barulho da manutenção dessa central de gás e de eletricista. Além do perigo, é muito incômodo pra quem quer sossego. Na foto abaixo, observe que a porta do quarto está na frente da árvore. Merecedores de elogios são os colocaboradores, todos eles, desde a repecção, até o bartender da piscina (Raí).

Limpeza terrível, abandonado e sem qq manutenção
O local do hotel é maravilhoso, porém está abandonado, sem qualquer manutenção, as cortinas com mofo, a limpeza terrível e o café da manha deixou a desejar. Os empregados trabalham reclamando e o atendimento precário. Uma pena, pois a localização é a melhor que tem e Jericoacoara.

O apartamento 135, apesar de ser limpo todo dia tem baratas no armário sob a pia. Deixamos recado na portaria. O cadeado do cofre não funcionou. Sofremos com o cancelamento da ceia de natal, após muita briga nos transferiram para o Essence, sem custo. O apartamento 101 do meu filho tinha um cheiro insuportável, foi trocado de quarto, que não tinha porta de box e era preciso enxugar sempre que tomavam banho. O ar condicionado não desligava. Falta iluminação no quarto. Uma noite ficamos sem luz no corredor de acesso. O restaurante tem boa comida, mas precisa de limpeza das mesas e jogo amaricano.

Excelente opção de hospedagem em Jeri
Uma ótima opção de hospedagem em Jericoacoara, especialmente pela sua localização (na beira da praia e bem no centrinho da vila). O café da manhã é ótimo e servido na área do hotel de frente para o mar. Também nessa área de frente para o mar há restaurante/bar e cadeiras para tomar sol (o que é uma facilidade para o hóspede, que não precisa sair do hotel para curtir um dia de praia). Além disso, o hotel possui piscinas. Ou seja, toda a estrutura é excelente! Somente os quartos poderiam ser um pouco melhores (achei a iluminação bem fraca), mas, mesmo assim, não deixaria de me hospedar novamente.
