Still an excellent property!

Posted 23-Mar-2015
Pros: The location and upkeep is terrific.
Cons: I have nothing to complain about.
Location: Great restaurants nearby. Both downtown Jensen Beach and Stuart are enjoyable. Location is convenient for spring training baseball.
5th stay at Vistana. The maintenance and housekeeping has improved from our earlier stays. Even with those trips the housekeeping was not a concern! Second trip in a row that we've been stuck in the pool side building. While the set up of the rooms in this building is more convenient, still overall the ocean side facility. Hopefully next year we'll get that building.

Made my Wedding Perfect

Posted 16-Feb-2015
Pros: Everything.. If you think of a beach wedding it's the perfect place
Cons: Can't think of a thing
Location: Beach
We choose your hotel because the room was large, clean right on the beach and staff was so helpful. We had our wedding ceremony right on the beach, all the guest raved about the location! Our honeymoon night was just as great with the beautiful beach view and large bathtub!

Back building has excellent view, also.

Posted 22-Jan-2015
Pros: Size of unit, comfort of beds, great ocean view, reasonable price especially for a two bedroom, two bath condo.
Cons: Signage to the registration building could be clearer. the sign points right. I went in the first public door on the right to find no desk.
Location: The beach stretches for miles, there are high and low priced stores and restaurants.
I have stayed in many time sharing units. This was excellent: it was over 1000 square feet, very nicely decorated, had very comfortable beds, a full kitchen with marble countertop, etc. When I arrived I was upset that my unit was not directly on the beach but one building set further back. However, it had an excellent view of the beach for at least 1/4 mile. I did not use the pool in January, but other adults did. I was referred to a local restaurant directly on the beach. I had never been to Jensen Beach but would go back.

Excellent getaway spot.

Posted 19-Jan-2015
Pros: Views, staff and access to the beach.
Cons: Nothing to recommend.
Location: We are beach and boating people and the area is perfect for those types of activities.
The property was beautiful and the staff were wonderful. We arrived early and asked to check out a little later than was posted. The staff were able to accommodate both requests. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely look to stay there again when staying in the Stuart area.

The pictures are deceiving.

Posted 05-Jan-2015
Pros: The entertainment room staff, the cleaning/ground staff, and the amenities (i.e. heated pool, hot tub, pool tables, grills).
Cons: Your web site needs to openly state that not all rooms are ocean front, in fact, there is an entire bulilding that is highway front.
Location: Jenson beach and Stuart have lots of restaurants and activites. Publix is a short drive away.
We arrived for our two week stay expecting an ocean front room, but we were disappointed to find that our room was in a building that was along the highway with a balcony view of the pool. We refused this room, and were told if we waited we could get a room on the second floor of the ocean front building. At about 6 p.m., we check into our 2nd floor room, only to realize it was actually at ground level?? Our view was of two large rows of bushes with a small view of the ocean over the bushes. If we stood on our outdoor table, we could see a very small section of the beach. For the first four days, there was construction occurring. They were removing all the metal doors on each floor. So, there was constant jack hammering from about 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.. We thought the building was non-smoking, however, the balconies and outdoor areas were not. So, while sitting outside trying to enjoy the ocean air, we were forced to inhale second smoke and watch as cigarette butts were thrown from the upper balconies down into the bushes or snuffed out into the sand of the beaches. Despite the disappointing accommodations, the entertainment room staff, cleaning staff, and grounds staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, especially Barry and Mealla. Also, the beach equipment rental company that operated there was exceptional! We won't return because there are 100's of condos/hotels on Hutchinson Island that can guarantee an actual ocean front room, like the one we paid for.

2 ND Time There

Beautiful units with space to spare. Perfect time of the year to get a ocean front unit, leave the balcony door ajar and sleep to the sound of the surf.
