Very nice staff on the desk. There is a very good Mexican restaurant called Jorge's just nearby. Breakfast was very skimpy; they'd run out of milk,and coffee when we got there at 8:30am.

“Worst Room in my Travel Career”

Reservation made two weeks in advance. Upon arrival, I was given two seperate rooms where the room had not been cleaned from the prior occupants. Third room had been serviced. No apologies from hotel service. On second night stay, no new soap or shampoo was provided. The new management of this hotel is cutting costs below the minimum acceptable level. (this was previously the Holiday Inn). I will never stay at this hotel again. This was the worst stay ever for me in a hotel.

Dirty. Staff looked like excons. Long hair on the sink and the prior guest's trash was in the trash can. I didn't feel safe. Cost was way too high for what you got.
