Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is new and clean, strategically located, surrounded by many good traditional restaurants. Many coffee shops, bakeries, convenient stores. The above establishment are quite important for new comers who don't want to spend their budget on restaurants inside the hotel, which are normally expensive.
The hotel is very well located close to eateries and transportation we took a taxi to the bus terminal and from there information is available to go to the different sites by bus very affordable and good for independent traveler.
I visited the hotel with my siblings and my mother who is on wheelchair.
As we are not able to read Korean, we have some difficulty understanding the instructions for aircon, toilets, lightings. We gave the front desk a total of 4 calls for help - light, aircon, toilets and last of all a plastic chair for my mother to use for her bath in the toilet. Each time the staff came promptly and assisted us with the our queries. The best was actually finding a plastic chair that we requested. I would say this is amazing. What makes the stay welcoming is also the openness to accommodate us to make us feel welcome. Although our stay is with breakfast, it is only for 2 rather than 4. However, the staff provided us with breakfast coupons for 4 without us asking and this really makes a different. On our last day, they even assisted us with our transportation to the airport as our driver somehow didn't turn up to pick us up. We truly enjoyed our stay!
I have stayed in this hotel before and not had such a good room as this last time in 2010 August. This time was great. Always ask for a room with an outside view as the courtyard view is rather gloomy. Recently redone rooms are very nice and very good value. Concierge service is excellent and tips are not expected.
the location is fantastic! It is a place you can rest without disturbance and also a place where you can shop till you drop if you want to all within 15 - 20 minutes walk. So you need not worry about transport. Staff speaks pretty good english and are very helpful. Will recommend to anyone be it family or individual!

Good location, close to a street full of shops and restaurants. Hotel owner is a bit gruff and unfriendly but there was a younger member of stuff who was more pleasant. Rooms are more spacious than I thought but very basic. One good point was each room comes with a computer which you can use to plan your trips while in Jeju. Wifi in every room is nice touch as well. Overall, cheap and cheerful. Would stay there again.
