We drove to the hotel, however there was no carparks nearby , so we had to park in a small alley in front of the hotel . Entrance of the hotel is inside a small alley, and not near the main road.
No tv inside the room, only a iPad.
Loved the breakfast as they provided eggs, bread, milk and orange juice and homemade yoghurt.
Friendly and helpful staff.
I have stayed in this hotel before and not had such a good room as this last time in 2010 August. This time was great. Always ask for a room with an outside view as the courtyard view is rather gloomy. Recently redone rooms are very nice and very good value. Concierge service is excellent and tips are not expected.
Stayed in the family suite for 3 nights in October. Room was suitably big, with a double bed and a traditional Korea bedding in a separate ondol room. It was clean and comfortable, and the reception staff was friendly and very willing to help with our queries (one even helped to configure our gps when we had trouble with it).
Location was great; just directly across from the water, so if you want an ocean view make sure to request for it. There's also a convenience store on the first level of the hotel and many cafés and restaurants around as well. There's a hypermart nearby too and I believe that there's a shopping strip within walking distance too. Oh and it's relatively near the airport, about 10 mins cab ride and costs around ₩5000.
All in all, would definitely stay at this hotel again if I'm back in Jeju next time.
