“Service issues. Great rooms.”

Lets start with the pros. The room was huge and extremly luxurious. The bed was one of the best you would ever try. On the other side, they had troubles checking me in without a "printed proof" of my booking which make the check in one of the worst i have ever had. In addition, they refused to include the breakfast to my room although it was included. They said Expedia customers always don't book with breakfast!! Am I the only one having breakfast here? Any way i needed to talk to the manager and to go to the receiption to show them the itenrary on my expedia account to make them beleive my "lies", which is something you don't like to experience at all.
