“Great service, comfortable and clean”

The airport lost my luggage, but the extremely helpful staff at Le Meridien retrieved it for me and provided me with much-needed toothbrush, razor, etc. They also (because the no-smoking floor was booked) upgraded me to an enormous penthouse suite that was big enough for an average sized Saudi family. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in (and I travel constantly throughout the region). Overall, an exceptional experience!

“Ok, but there may be better values in Jeddah.”

It is ok but rather expensive for what you get, even for Jeddah. Parts of the service are good, the restaurant and lounge are good, but again a little expensive. We are in Jeddah for the longer term but the hotel management does not seem to acknowledge tjhat - just takes us for granted. EWe will probably move to an alternate hotel soon.

“Good Value but not exactly polished”

You get what you pay for and this is a good business hotel if you are not willing to pay the top rates charged elsewhere in the city. The room key had to be re-set every day, the wireless internet was not operating and nobody could do anything about it, the check-out at 6:00am in a deserted lobby was one of the longest I have ever experienced. First response of staff is to shrug shoulders and blame the system both at reception, in the breakfast room and in the business centre. The location is OK next to malls and outside the main city centre and the general standard of furnishings and room comfort is adequate. I would stay here again, knowing what to expect.

“Good value for money”

Good value for money. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Excellent location. Ask whether internet is included in the quoted price before checking in.

“I think they need to improve their services in terms of the time needed to do a services”

*The room was a bit smelly, *very slow in responding to our requests, like when you request adaptor or ironing and so on.. *quality of food should be better.
