Either your back office or the hotel messed up my reservation, costing me an additional 60eurs to place my two friends for one night and paying an additional 20eurs per two days for the larger room. I expect to hear from you ASAP, since you did not reply to my first complaint.
Stayed here for 3 nights with my husband in room 203 & it was perfect for us. Comfortable bed, air condition that works and the whirlpool bath was a treat! Breakfast in the morning was lovely as you can sit outside in the garden and with very good breakfast selections. The staff at the reception were very helpful.
Very helpful on arrival and departure, particularly in relation to car parking. For us, there was no rush to check out. We were able to keep our room until midday even though check-in starts from midday. Clearly the staff use their initiative and are as helpful as they can be.
Good bar and restaurant service. Beautiful swimming pool.
A great place to stop on your way to Madrid airport with only a further 50 minutes or so to go.

Just a 5 minute stroll from Chinchon's historic Plaza Mayor, this hotel offers great value. The rooms aren't lavish, but are perfectly comfortable. The restaurant is also extremely good value offering a very tasty Menu Del Dia for just 9 euro including wine. A free car park is another bonus.
This is the perfect place to relax. Peaceful, tastefully decorated, simple and a great location right above the central square of this medieval town. Friendly and helpful owner. Good for couples and singles.
